Closets & More

I really wanted to like this company. We have a lot more closets to remodel, but I feel I can't use them again. The owner is great.

So much went wrong. A few of the things that weren't right did not bother me a whole lot. It was when everything is added up, it was a disaster.  The owner called the day before installation and told me the workers would be out around 9-9:30. I told him that the workers called and told me 10:30. I really wanted a more accurate time since I had work to do at the airport. The workers showed up at 10:30. Then I come to find out the person who came out to measure, measured wrong. The two very pleasant workers had to go back to the factory and have other pieces made. I job that would normally take 2 hours took 6. I was still ok with things. One very important piece of information that I was not told is the  exposed walls of the closet would show through the cabinets. I did not realize there is no back to the cabinets. They are flush with the closet wall. Well our walls are scuffed and marked and looked horrible. If I was told that, we would have painted them first. That to me is a huge detail to leave out. The thing I am most disappointed in is the worker in the one bedroom left a scratch on our wood floors 1 foot long and covered it up with a rug. I can buy scratch fixer, but it's the point of not telling the truth about this accident. I just don't trust them now.

Ed does an excellent job drawing up ideas for any space! He is always pleasant and great to work with. The installers are knowledgable and do a great job cleaning up when they are finished installing. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them until there are no spaces left in my house to organize!!!

Ed is very professional. He gives good advice and tried really hard to work with my schedule. The quality is beautiful. Design is beautiful.

This company has done work for us 4 times. The first time was about $2,200 for my master bedroom. I was very happy with rheir work. So later I had them doing closets for another 3 bedrooms, each at a different time. The 3rd time, they made a mistake about the color I picked, but they came back and replaced the closets with the right color very quickly. I have been using these closets several years now and I'm very happy with them. I highly recommend this company.

The customer service was really great. The work was done very efficiently. They were very quick. They were in and out within a half hour to an hour. The work was of great quality. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was great. I didn't price around, so I have no comparison for the price. They were a good company, so I went with them. I have no complaints.

The entertainment center is even more beautiful than I expected it could be. The workmen were very polite and kept my home clean. The work was completed promptly and I am so proud of my new entertainment system.

Girl named Teasia Tesseris came out and designed the whole thing to fit our needs and space. Very reasonable and more than doubled my space. Very happy with the product and with the designer.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE and DESIGNER WERE GREAT. THE WORKERS DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE DESIGNER. THEY SEEMED TO LACK CONFIDENCE IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND I HAD TO SUPERVISE THEM CONSTANTLY. THE DESIGNER WORKED HARD TO RESOLVE ISSUES THE SAME DAY, BUT THE WORKERS WERE LATE, ILL PREPARED, EQUIPPED WITH DAMAGED PRODUCTS, and UNABLE TO CREATE THE DESIGN I REQUESTED. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING, SINCE THEY DID WORK ON TWO OCCASIONS, WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS EACH TIME. I HAD TO MAKE REPAIRS BASED ON THEIR ERRORS. THE OWNER ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS, BUT CAME ON HIS OWN, REQUIRING ME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LABOR TO FIX EVERYTHING. UNWILLING TO OFFER ANY DISCOUNT OR ANY OTHER OFFER THAT COULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE, OR MAKE ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. THE FINAL RESULTS ARE GREAT, BUT NOT WORTH THE HASSLE..
