Worked with Clear Roofs in a contractor capacity doing some structural steel work and replacing an R-Panel roof. Everything was done to code and passed inspection but Clear Roofs refused to pay their bill. Ended up having to go to an attorneys office and settle for less than the contract amount because it was easier than taking them to court. Be careful who you choose to do your work or work with!
