Cleaning In Purpose

I DO NOT recommend Cleaning in Purpose. I used this company for several months, but was never truly satisfied with their work. I addressed this concern with the Owner, but the work continued to be sub-par; leaving toilets unclean, bathtubs half wiped down, and counters untouched. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we hired them to do a massive full house cleaning after moving out of our house. I provided a very detailed list of what needed to be cleaned, and was left with a dirty house. I honestly could not tell that a cleaning service had been to the house. When trying to reason with the owner for a partial refund because I was unsatisfied with their work, I was ghosted. No reply, no return phone calls, nothing. They took my money and ran! I had trust in this company to come into my house and clean for me while I was away. I can no longer say that this is a trustworthy service. I highly advise looking into another cleaning service!
