ESTIMATES can be done over the phone 95% of the time SIMPLE: the simplest fee structure there is: an hourly rate DIFFERENT: we assign you the same solo cleaner so you get to know who's in your home and they get to know you and the dog and the kids and where you hide your dust BETTER: we pay a truly living wage ($18 to start, $20+ with 6 months with us) so your cleaning get done by a very happy well-paid cleaner giving you a better cleaning every time

Lucinda and her team cleans anything inside the house or within the confines of the front/back porch/patio. Common sense. If you need the dishes done, Many many cleaning services limit what they will and won’t clean or do at your home. We think it’s silly and unnecessary to make you guess at what’s a covered service. We think a better solution is to clean whatever needs cleaning. In short, office, packing up to move, please speak with the office staff about estimates and rates for organizing., unpacking from a move can all get help form our organizer Lindsay! Her rates are a little higher, we can do them. If you need the beds changed, we can start the laundry or not at your discretion. ALSO - we do offer home/office organization - We have a fabulous experienced organizer on staff and anyone who has a home

A very thorough job and a great value. They were very responsive and were able to work me in on short notice. Wood floors were dazzling. Kitchen and bathrooms were meticulously cleaned. we couldn't be happier with the work that was performed. I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to others.

The lady that arrived first did a very good job cleaning downstairs. The man that arrived second did a poor job cleaning upstairs. It basically looked like all he did was sweep the carpets. He did not clean any windows and he did not clean dirt webs hanging in corners of the rooms. Dust was still visible on everything. I ended up having to reclean myself upstairs.

"I’m so sorry that Don missed a few things - you were here and took a look and didn’t say anything while we were there and could have fixed it:-( Also we were perfectly punctual - I had told you several days in advance that I’d be there at 9am (and I was) and that Don had a morning cleaning and would join me when he finished it. It’s always difficult with clients who twist the truth a bit, I wish very much he had said something while we were still there."

Cleaner was ok, she did a good job on bathrooms but I couldn’t see what else she really cleaned. Did not vacuum because hers broke while she was here, did not clean floor in kitchen under dinner table. Then when I reached out to the company to say I wasn’t happy, I got no response. Just a reminder text for my next cleaning that I had not scheduled. Very disappointed.

"I'm sorry that you didn't feel we responded to your concern; we did in actuality respond that very day, and offered to send the cleaner back our for an hour for free to finish the vacuuming (in almost four years a vacuum has broken on a job site 2 times so it's rare), but your husband seems to think that he deserved 4 FREE HOURS to rectify the single hour of incomplete vacuuming. I don't know about other businesses, but extortion isn't something that I respond well to at all. Please when you leave reviews, be truthful and make sure to include all pertinent information like extortion:-("

The employee Sara was amazing. The company however acted very unprofessional. Noone called me, except to get payment information - which I gave promptly. Then I recieved no warning or feedback, our scheduled service was cancelled by the owner in a vague manner. **Also of major concern, the company has some odd policies with their phones and employee phones. In using phones and some application, I found Sara added an Esha Tipper - who did not clean at my home - who was somehow added to be included in our conversations between Sara and myself. Both employee Sara and employer denied knowledge of this person Esher. I assumed that it was in their recycling of phones used in this company, and it was a past employee added in error. It was a eerie feeling. But, to have an owner text me and to cancel all future service, without any warning or feedback is irresponsible, and adds to that eerie feeling. This is something to consider if you need dependability. The last I heard is that the owner was looking into the matter. So the other question is why did the owner finally ask me personally questions on my experience after she terminated my service.

I have her for 3 hours and it’s $100. I learned about them at a trade show. It was one of the stations that I stopped and talked to them. They contacted me by telephone. The owners came out and looked at the house. They assigned the girl who cleans. She does a good job. She’s young. She takes criticism well. She’ll do anything I ask. Sometimes I’ll change what I want done. Sometimes with her though, she’s not real thorough. Like she’ll start to dust the piano and she’ll do half of it and I’ll show it to her and she’ll say “oh I thought I dusted that”. She’s a little spacey sometimes; but she’s trying, she’s learning. I deal directly with her. I’ve only had one contact, since I started, with her supervisor, when she first started out.

I like the fact that customers can specify which rooms they want cleaned or tasks they want done. The tasks can be specified or changed at the beginning of each service. The set charge per hour seems to work well.

From start to finish I couldn't be happier. Setting the appointment was easy. Price was extremely reasonable. Briana did an amazing job on my home and was enjoyable to be around. She was extremely respectful and professional. I can not wait to have them back.

I was one of her first weekly customers. I never balked at her increasing prices almost immediately. When I asked Cyndee to speak to her employee about constantly being on her cell phone. I was "being unreasonable." Ok, maybe I was. But when I asked to cut back the owner ended up taking me to court. She was threatening and vicious. I paid her in full in court due to the fact I was afraid of her. It started like this she had my credit card. Each week she would debit my account. When I had surgery I let her know what was going on. She said she was fine in skipping a week or so. But she never cancelled her worker. Then she demanded payment immediately. When I wouldn't sink to her level, she threatened me and constantly sent me texts demanding payment in full immediately. When we went to court she also demanded payment for her time to attend court. Money hungry and vicious. I am so glad her company was not allowed in our upstairs bedrooms. I would not use her services at all. I wish her the best.

"Wow - just I'm not even sure where to start with this one... So I've created a small PDF document with some interesting information about this vindictive review from someone that I had to take to court to get payment (which she did eventually pay me but ONLY after I filed a court suit:-( Please read if you have a moment, I can't believe that someone so nasty is allowed to leave a review for cleanings that she didn't have done (says above "Work Completed Date: 09/01/2016 but her last cleaning was 6/7/2016 because she wouldn't pay me). "On Tuesday 1/17 we cleaned your home as we have done every two weeks for the past year. In your bathroom, you had a small paper bag with makeup in it but you had also trash inside the bag, hiding the new makeup. This bag was on the floor under your vanity in the bathroom leaning up against the trash can. When the cleaner looked inside the bag that was up against the trash can, and saw trash, she made a reasonable assumption that it was trash and threw it away. When I purchase face products, I tend to put them away or at least on top of my bathroom counter, not next to the trash can. Most people who are reasonable will do that as well. Unfortunately, you made a mistake and probably forgot yourself that there was new items in that bag and that's why you placed the bag on the floor next to the trash can to be taken out. It's a mistake people make all the time, but generally take responsibility for their own actions. In fact, it wasn't until 10 DAYS AFTER your cleaning that you realized what you had done, and asked us if we did something with your new products, I'm sure you were hoping that we realized your error. But we didn't, and you're upset. Which I totally would be too if I made a mistake like that. On Friday 1/27, though, you texted me asking for reimbursement for your mistake, and while I was sympathetic to your feelings, I could not justify paying for your mistake. When I told you that, you immediately blackmailed me that unless I replaced the $80 you'd leave a negative comment and so you have. Oh, and it's telling that within 2 minutes of texting me this threat, you also texted my employee asking her to clean for you on the side. You asked my employee to LIE to her employer, and to STEAL from her employer. All because you could not take responsibility for your unfortunate mistake. I wish you the best of luck and hope that this is a lesson for you as well. PS. We still appreciate your glowing review of us you left on December 7th."
