CLEAN AS A WHISTLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES INC

The quality of work was poor. They had three people on the job. One of them was on her cell phone talking to her boyfriend when I stopped home. The price was extremely high for the low quality of work. Very disappointed. Would never use service again!!!

Steve came out and did an estimate first. In addition to what I described as actually cleaned, we talked about dusting the blinds & cleaning two sets of french doors (windows). He wrote everything down and gave me a copy. He arrived on time with two ladies. When they were finished, the work was sloppy, streaks on all the mirrors, dusting half done, the blinds and the french doors where not done. He had the ladies come back in and finish everything except the blinds. He said they didn't have time yet he did not offer to deduct that from the price/estimate. I had to ask. I just did not appreciate that everything we discussed in detail was not done. I do not have a lot of furniture or end tables, coffee tables, or shelves. The bulk of the work was cleaning the bathrooms, mopping and vacuuming. They did not meet my expectations.

They are fast and good but I'm old and I just couldn't keep track of them. For anyone that's alert and can keep up with them they are great. You have to establish with them what you want right away. He's a good guy but they didn't fit my needs.

Initially I had Steve & his crew come every other week to clean. We were so happy with them & their work that we went to a weekly cleaning. Steve is very polite & friendly, & I have had many enjoyable conversations with him while he looked over the work being done (he personally inspected the job each time). He seems to be an honest, hardworking gentleman, & that sadly is rare these days. His employees are also very courteous & careful. We have a small child & I expressed concern over the cleaners used on the floor. They always remembered to use a safe citrus cleaner. We also have cats & they always managed to get all the fur up as well.

INITIAL CLEANING WAS $275. BI-WEEKLY CLEANING IS $125 FOR 2-3 PEOPLE FOR 3 HOURS. STEVE, THE OWNER IS PERSONABLE AND LISTENS CLOSELY TO THE NEEDS OF THE HOMEOWNERS. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE ONLY BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE FOR A SHORT TIME, WE BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND RESPOND TO REQUESTS IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE REALLY LIKE IS THAT WE GET THE SAME PEOPLE EACH TIME. AS A RESULT, THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE HOUSE AND OUR NEEDS.

THIS MAN IS VERY NICE AND POLITE AS WELL AS HIS CREW. I WAS JUST A BIT WEARY OF QUESTIONS I HAD WITH CLEANLINESS AND MY PERSONAL CLEANING EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MEET.

THEY CHARGE PER HOUR. THEY DID MISS A FEW THINGS, BUT RETURNED THE SAME DAY I NOTIFIED THEM TO FINISH UP, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL.

OVERALL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. DIFFERENT LEVEL OF SERVICE THAN OTHER COMPANIES I'VE DEALT WITH, SMALL CREW.

THREE PEOPLE WORKED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. I'M PRETTY PARTICULAR AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
