Excellent. Bill is an excellent communicator who, with his on-site foreman, Josh, kept us apprised of all issues. Worked in a short time frame. Kept the house very neat, clean up every day. A particularly difficult part of the job was removing wallpaper from unsized walls, with resulting wall damage. A sub-contractor tracked some debris around the rest of our house and was fired on the spot. Unlike other kitchen/bath contractors, gave us a list of suppliers and best contacts, and we did the legwork picking out our fixtures. Maybe this kept cost down. Countertops and cabinetry are in the showroom and we were able to take advantage of sales to CItywide to keep costs down. During construction, a plumbing mishap occurred at the main water shut off of our home, causing a small flood to our basement. Citywide fixed this so we didn't have to hire a plumber and added the cost to our final bill. In summary, the bathroom was gutted, floor was replaced, tiles added to a bathtub wall, bathtub and fixtures were replaced, cabinetry, countertop, and fixtures replaced, walls prepared and painted. Took about 5 weeks.

The Harper's Station office of City Wide Kitchens & Bath contracted to facilitate our job had assigned us to Factory Direct Countertops, for which another report is filed. FDC is not recommmended for kitchen countertop and sink installation work. Other than measurement appt and payment, no real contact with City Wide during the whole lenthy job.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIGNING A CONTRACT FOR THE JOB WE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE CONTACTING THE SALE REPRESENTATIVE TO GET INFORMATION. SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. AS A RESULT WE COULD NOT FIND OUT WHEN THE INSTALLATION WOULD BE DONE UNTIL BEING CONTACTED BY THE WORKMAN SHORTLY BEFORE THE INSTALLATION. THE WORKMAN WHO INSTALLED THE RANGE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK DONE AND CONSIDER USING THE COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. THE PRODUCTS OFFERED BY THE COMPANY AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK OUTWEIGH THE COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEMS INITIALLY EXPERIENCED.

LISA ROSE WAS A GREAT DESIGNER OFFERING, MOST NOTABLY, SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY. THE WORKERS WERE GREAT WITH COMMUNICATING QUESTIONS AS WELL AS CLEANING UP. MY DOG EVEN DEVELOPED A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!
