Cintel Federal Credit Union

We had our mortgage with Cintel and recently paid it off.  We want to
remodel our kitchen and wanted a home equity line of credit.  Our home
is valued at more than $300,000 and we want up to $50,000 on the
account.  After paying $350 for an appraisal we had not heard from
Cintel.  I called and asked what was going on they acted as they might
not have arranged an appraisal yet.  I received a call the next day from
a company to schedule our appraisal; they had just been contacted. 
They arrived the next day on a Thursday and said the appraisal would be
in Cintel's hands the next week. 
I waited until the following
Thursday and called the loan officer again.  She was not in so I left
voice mail.  I received no call back so on friday I contacted another
person who then sent me a list of information that they required.  I
responded to the request and a week later contacted them again.  Of
course, no one was there to speak with me.  Later Friday I called the
CEO and left a message, he propmptly called back and i explained what
was going on;  he stated that there was no reason for delay, they were very slow with no backlog.
As
of today; 4 days later I have heard nothing.  I called yesterday and
left a message to see if they had all the information needed and have
received no word!!  It has now been over a month.  I wish I had used
another bank.
