They were a  little slow getting back to me once I called, but once an appointment was scheduled, the crew was on time.
After the work was completed, I could not even tell they had been there.  The yard and sidewalk was blown off and everything was raked and cleaned up.  I was very satisfied with the job. 
I also asked the owner if he could recommend a reasonable landscaper.  he gave me some recommendations on shrubs and trees to plant and even said he could do the job himself.
I would definitely use them in the future.
As to the delay in returning my calls, it seems that's just the nature of the business.  Another tree service took several days to call me back.  I imagine they stay pretty busy.

They were very responsive. This is the second time I have used them. They did a great job. They cleaned up everything after trimming my tree, it's huge tree. They answer all your questions. They give you guidance. I was worried about the tree and thinking that maybe I should take it down and he said it's not going anywhere, it's a big old tree. If it extends properly it will be fine for more years. They were very good. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They cleaned up absolutely beautifully. They even cleaned up my neighbors yard. They hauled everything away, there were no remnants of anything left. The one thing he said that he would call me before he came and he didn't, and I was gone that morning, but that's fine.

They did an amazing job.  They arrived on time, did the work in an expert fashion and shredded and cleaned up all of the yard waste.
It was incredible to see someone climbing all the way to the top of the oak tree to trim out the limbs.  The results were wonderful.  Our tree is beautiful and I am not constantly picking up limbs in my yard every time the wind blows  We were provided two quotes on the oak tree(I like any company that gives you options) - we chose to go with the higher cost option because we will not have to touch the oak tree for another 10 years and it was the correct approach.
They are coming backing in November to trim our magnolia tree in the front yard.  They did not want to do it until it was dormant as not to harm it.  They care about your trees as is they were their own.

THEY SHOWED A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALL.

I HAD TO REPEATEDLY CALL TO REMIND THEM OF JOB EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OFF SEASON. CHEAPEST QUOTE, WORK DONE WELL.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT THE LARGE TREE AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT INCIDENT, EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AS PROMISED. I HAD SEVERAL QUOTES AND TOLD ALL THE COMPANIES I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A TALL STUMP TO CARVE. STEVE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT TOLD ME THE TYPE OF WOOD I HAD WOULD NOT BE GOOD TO CARVE AND MAY ROT QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT MY YARD AND THE NEIGHBORS YARD & DRIVEWAY.

THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO WOULD TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE AND COME OUT IN AN EMERGENCY. WE HAD A TREE LIMB FALL DOWN IN A STORM AND IT LANDED ON OUR PATIO AND FAMILY ROOM. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT RIGHT AFTER THEY FINISHED ANOTHER JOB AND THEY BROUGHT THE WHOLE CREW AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM! THEY GOT THE LIMB DOWN, THEY DID A SUPERIOR JOB OF CLEAN UP, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM! THEY DO GREAT WORK, EACH TIME IVE USED THEM I AM VERY PLEASED! THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT WHEN THEY ARE GONE YOU WOULDNT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY WERE THERE. THEY ARE A SUPERIOR GROUP OF PEOPLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
