I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. John was very professional a prompt. I appreciated that he was able to respond so quickly and was able to replace the box so quickly. I know the general cost of replacing a breaker box and the price he charged was very reasonable considering the work involved and how quickly he was able to jump on the job. John was very honest with his assessment and offered me options instead of just trying to sell me on a new box to maximize the cost. A lot of services I deal with always try to sell me on whatever is most expensive without options. I also appreciated that John is the owner-operator of his own business and doesn't hand the work off to someone else. I prefer working with businesses like that as they tend to be a lot more fair on cost. are more honest, and the quality of work is a lot higher.

John was punctual and professional.  He scheduled an estimate and within an hour had a recommended unit, additional items that would benefit my home, and was able to schedule within two days.  John worked with me on different furnace options to meet my needs, was willing to schedule outside of normal business hours, and was prompt on day of install.  He and his partner were efficient, kind, and courteous.  They went above and beyond in cleanup and help with additional questions I had as well as working with another agency to ensure proper installation.  I would absolutely use this company again and could not be more pleased with this experience.

The installation went well. Team was friendly yet professional; answered all my questions. After the installation was done in the summer, John came back in the fall to make sure the furnace came on and was working properly and also addressed another minor issue. Minor issue was resolved within a week without any problems (piece was under warranty). He was also available for questions via phone and an additional visit when my AC stopped working during some hot fall days (because another contractor flipped the breaker). Nothing was wrong with the unit/install, and he was nice enough to flip the breaker back for no additional charge :). Because he also knows electric, he also answered other questions I had on work that was done by other contractors which was very nice and comforting as the entire remodeling process was very overwhelming.
