It went very well overall and it was very good. They cleaned them well, good service and good communication. They are just very thorough.

I was really pleased with the cleaning he did on my oriental rug. He was very professional. He does repairs as well on oriental rugs. He has another person who can repair the fringe as well on the rugs. They can totally re-weave parts of the rug as well.

It went fine when working with him. There are not many places that can work on one of a kind rugs. They also do appraisals on rugs. They did a very good job.
