Unfortunately, this business lies through their teeth. I brought in my laptop after dropping it and the casing was broken. I was told the part would be in with 2-3 business days and that it would be ready within 5-6 business days. Fast forward two weeks when I called to check on it. I was put on hold for five minutes, which wouldn't normally raise a red flag but they are a very small business. I hung up and called back and again was put on hold for another three minutes. I speculated at that time the ball was dropped. The man came back and told me that the part was delayed due to the holidays and that it should arrive within 2-3 business days. I said, "Are you sure you didn't forget to order the part?" The man assured me that wasn't the case. I told the man that when I picked up the laptop I wanted documentation of when the part was ordered, as well as the tracking number. I picked up my laptop nearly two weeks later and the documentation they gave me was typed up in a word document. I told them this didn't show what I asked for, that I asked for proof of when the parts were ordered. There was a tracking number on what they typed up. I asked the man to go type it in and print it out. The man went back and he and a lady sweated it out for four or five minutes. He came back and said the tracking number wasn't working and offered me $40 off my $300 bill since I had to wait so long. I said fine and took the tracking number home to try it myself, giving them the benefit of the doubt the website wasn't working properly. I called USPS, only to find the tracking number was completely bogus. I has never existed. I called PC Solutions back up and told them I knew they lied to me and made up a tracking number. I explained I would have understood forgetting to order the part if they had only told me the truth. I told them I was willing to pay for the part but was unwilling to pay for the labor since it was nearly a month they had my computer. He refused to give me the cost of the labor back and said he would go work on finding me a working tracking number. He called a week later to say he was still working on it. Another week has gone by with no call. Why? Because they are a dishonest company that lies through their teeth. I would never bring my laptop there for service again or recommend them to anyone.

Took in for service. Service was quick (about 2 days). Serviceman at store did not know how to use their billing system so he let me take computer home if I would come back on Monday to pay. Brought computer home and it still had the same problem. Took it back. They worked on it (about 2 days) and went to pick it up on a Friday. Saw a sign that they were closing early on this particular Friday so had to wait until Monday to get computer back. Seems to be working fine now.

I thought that they did very good work and that they were very reliable. I really like their work and I think it all looks great and would use them again. They are personable and knowledgeable. They helped me find a computer I needed to buy and they are good at taking care of problems. They have helped me for years.

I was pleased with the ease of explaining the problem and the minimum of paperwork. They had to order a new keyboard and due to a mistake by someone, the wrong keyboard was sent and they had to reorder another one, adding to several days delay. Even though we were without the computer for longer than we should have been, I was pleased with the final results.

It took longer than expected & quoted. 2 days vs. 8 days, but computer is working great now.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY MANAGED TO HAVE IT READY TO GO A DAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. MY ONLY MOMENT OF DISSATISFACTION WAS WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER FROM THEIR SHOP. THE SIGN SAID THEY OPENED AT 9 ON SATURDAY MORNINGS, BUT THE FIRST EMPLOYEE OF THE DAY ARRIVED AT 9:15.

OVERALL VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THERE WAS A BIT LONGER DELAY THAN EXPECTED.

BECAUSE THEY WERE OVERLOADED WITH REPAIRS THE WORK TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO COMPLETE, BUT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.

KEVIN WAS PERSONABLE AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE ALSO WAS KIND TO MY TWO-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER WHO WAS UPSET BECAUSE SHE EXPECTS ANYONE WHO GETS ON THE COMPUTER TO PLAY ELMO GAMES WITH HER. HE WAS PROMPT, QUICK, AND OUR COMPUTER WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! HE ALSO ASKED ME ABOUT THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON TO MAKE SURE HE GAVE ME THE CORRECT DISCOUNT. IF WE HAVE COMPUTER PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL CINCINNATI PC SOLUTIONS AGAIN. OUR COMPUTER NOW RUNS GREAT AGAIN!

HE DID A LOT OF WORK ON MY COMPUTER, BUT HE GOT IT WORKING AS GOOD AS NEW. HE WENT OVER WHAT HE DID AND WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW GOING FORWARD.

I TOOK THE COMPUTER INTO THEM, THE LEAST COSTLY WAY, AND IT WAS READY TWO DAYS LATER. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY ONE DAY, I HAD TO CALL THEM TO CHECK AND GOT IT THE NEXT DAY. JUST DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY RETURNED MY CALLS AND WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE COMPETITIVELY PRICED AND HONORED MY COUPON.

COMPUTER IS OPERATING MUCH FASTER AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. HOWEVER, THE FRONT DESK, CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT.

THEY FINISHED THE JOB EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY.

KEVIN WORKED HERE AS WELL AS AT THE OFFICE. WHEN HE RETURNED OUR TOWER, HE RECONNECTED EVERYTHING AND MADE CERTAIN WE WERE SATISFIED BEFORE LEAVING. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR ALL HE DID.

OVERALL, I THOUGHT THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEIR PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THE COMPANIES THAT I CHECKED. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID. THEY DID GIVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER.

I CALLED THEM FOUR TIMES AND HAVE COME OUT TWICE. THEY WILL TRY TO HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT. THE CHARGE IS $90 AN HOUR.
