Eddie and his crew were hard-working and thorough. Eddie was very patient and seemed quite knowledgeable when answering my cleaning questions.

Eddie was friendly and professional. He apologized for the delay in getting back to me and then offered to come out to our property promptly. The carpet needed some work since there was some staining and he and his partner did good work tackling the job - looks tons better! I’d use them again and recommend.

They do it with a low water mechanism so they put very little water on it. Eddie, the owner is very great and personable. He is upfront about any discounts they have available for us. He is very easy to work with and accommodating. He comes quickly from when you call. He gives you a quick appointment. He is very punctual. He puts the plastic sheets under the furniture and is particular about his work. He is very thorough and quick.

Eddie first came to clean all carpets in our house prior to us moving in to the house in early November. I chose his company due to the environmentally friendly / no toxins cleaning process. Carpets were well cleaned at a reasonable price. Very responsive in setting up the appointment and arriving on time to do the work. Very friendly and professional. (I also loved that his Dyson vacuum sucked up a full canister of dust from all the carpets that had just been vacuumed by a cleaning service.)
Just today, I called Eddie to ask if he would be willing to do a spot cleaning on a carpet of about a 3' by 3' area that my kid vomited on. Eddie agreed to come that afternoon and asked for a very reasonable fee which he ended up waiving due to the short amount of time it took him. You just don't see that kind of service and integrity these days.
I'd highly recommend using this company for carpet cleaning.

The young man who owns the business was the person who provided the service.  He was efficient, careful and provided very good cleaning of the carpets.  All was put back into place; the carpets were very clean and dry 4 hours later.  No chemical smells since no chemicals were used.   I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Everything was great.  They were very professional and punctual.  The gentleman that cleaned my space explained what he was going to do and what I should expect.  He protected the carpet from my furniture and spent time thoroughly vacuuming before the deep cleaning.  The system that they use is very effective and quiet.  I also love that it is a more environmentally friendly option for having a clean home.

This is the second time I have used them.  I am extremely happy with the results. They do a very thorough job, are professional and use environmentally friendly products.  It doesn't take long to dry which is a plus. Les is great and very responsive.

They vacuum everything before cleaning and "rake" the carpet after they've cleaned it.  It always looks clean and fresh when they're done.   

I was in the carpet business and had a standing 35% discount with another carpet cleaner company.  Even with the discount I will still use Cincinnati Maintenance. 

Les Fultz called me personally to schedule the appointment after I requested service on his easy online website. They arrived promptly, were personable as well as professional and completed the work in a very timely manner.

The cleaning was excellent and they took extra care with some stubborn spots including some black paint from a large picture frame that had rubbed off onto my beige carpet.

They took two silk small oriental carpets with them and delivered them 3 days later. I have had small rugs cleaned in the past and never were they done in 3 days, let alone delivered.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reasonable, quality service.
