The experience was very good. Her fee was 3% of the sales price. We were first-time home buyers and she was very good at helping us with the process and educating us on what we needed to know and things to look out for. She was very professional.

We had very specific requirements and only wanted a ranch style home with no stairs. She knew exactly what neighborhoods to look at and where to find them. She was easy to deal with and made us feel comfortable. I met her family in the process because she was juggling being a busy mom and a Realtor. Her husband, Randy, was very helpful and supportive. Alison was extremely responsive and answered my calls whenever. She would call me right back if needed. I have no complaints with her service. She was always on time and found us exactly what he were looking for.

She had my house sell about four months ago but the closing was in November. I like her a lot as a person and I enjoyed dealing with her. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and most of the neighborhood that I was looking. I would use her again. She is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with and I haven't dealt with a lot of realtors but I think that she is very professional. She helps lot in buying property and selling property. She made good suggestions and she set the web page up really well. There were couple of things that she did on the website to work and she was very open to my opinions and helped me with suggestions. Her price was standard as with the other realtor. She also took a half percent off. She is quite busy.

Alison Moss was referred to us by a neighbor who used her when they were finding the home they live in now. Our situation didn't exactly end up at the most convenient time of year but she helped us sell our home just says before our deadline and over the holidays. To say the least her drive and the amount of comfort she added to us during our sale was wonderful. We literally could not have sold our home without her and certainly would not have had her resources. I will continue to refer her to others.

The house had never sold under her watch. I was not entirely satisfied with the service. I felt that she was to quick to drop the price as the main strategy to selling the home. I also felt that she was not using other agents as a tool to help sell other houses.

"I can appreciate a client's frustration when their home's value is less than they owe on a property. In this particular case, I presented the client with comparable sales 1/4, 1/2, and 1 mile away from his home in order to properly price it. I did a comprehensive analysis of the property and he insisted on listing his home for sale significantly over the recommended price based on his home's square footage and the level of finish. I provided him with updates via phone and email multiple times a week explaining how I proactively marketed his home and provided detailed feedback about what I was specifically doing to advertise the property online, by phone, and through my network. I provided detailed feedback as well from the agents and buyers who I contacted and showed the home to so that he could make adjustments to bring his list price in line with the true market value of his home so it would sell. My marketing efforts were very effective as we had many showings and 10 people showed up to our first open house. One of the open house attendees, who turned out to be his next door neighbor, walked in and shouted that the house was overpriced and asked the buyers there if they would actually pay what we were asking. I kindly escorted the neighbor out and reported the incident to the client. This neighbor caused those attendees at the open house (many of whom were interested) to question the home's value and if they wanted to live next door to someone who would walk into an open house in that manner. One of the attendees was there for a second showing and lost interest after that incident as well. The seller should be frustrated with his neighbor because I am confident that the second showing would have resulted in a sale and the discord between the seller and his neighbor was something I was unaware of and out of my control. We had a steady stream of showings all of which resulted in the agents and buyers providing feedback that the home was overpriced and needed to either be updated or reduced in price for a sale. As I explained to the client when he called to cancel the listing 2 months into a 6 month contract, my role is to get the home staged and show it in its best light, to properly position it with respect to price, market it to as many people as possible, and provide detailed feedback to the seller so that adjustments can be made for a quicker sale. I cannot change the market conditions that we listed the home in and the home has not been relisted because the home's current market value is still below where they want to sell it."
