The door came off track fri. Night . We called and left a message and were told they would call us sat. morning.We were contacted and told tech. was on his way. Adam was very courteous and went right to work,he put roller back in track and serviced door in no time. Very pleased.

It went great! Adam and Jake came out and assessed my garage door. They showed me why it broke and gave me a couple options for fixing it. They fixed the problem and serviced the entire door. We had a garage door spring break Friday night and were easily able to get Cincinnati Door and Window our the next morning. Adam was extremely punctual and replaced 3 springs in under an hour. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why and we are very satisfied. We would definitely hire again if need be.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me select a door to meet my needs and price range. The door I selected was in stock and able to be installed almost immediately. The installer did a wonderful job and thoroughly explained what he had done and showed me all the features.

They did a tune up on the garage door, but said the it was "close enough" to level to worry about. This was the sole reason for purchasing the tune up. This is now a problem that it is real cold. I can see daylight underneath the door, and can feel the cold coming in.

It went very well. I chose them for the Alside siding and loved being able to email for communication. The work was actually done by American Wethertech LLC but I worked with this company to order and they gave me a great service. Only challenge was it took over 3 months to schedule the update but I was not in a hurry so it wasn't a problem for me. Good companies are really busy!

The service men arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. The garage was left clean upon completion of the installation. They walked me thru the settings on the new opener and answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire again. The price was significantly less than the big box stores for comparable doors and openers.

Adam called ahead to inform exactly when he's arriving within the scheduled time window. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showed which parts had worn out and needed replacement, and did the entire job in about an hour. The door's working fine now, but still creaking due to the age of the panels and joints. So, at my asking, he took measurements and provided me with a quote and a brochure for a new garage door, and he did so without any sales tactics, focused on providing me with just the information I needed.

GREAT! Adam was wonderful; he didn't try to sell me a new door but provided the service needed in order for the garage door to work better. If I have to replace the door in the future I will call them again. He explained everything to me and took his time making sure I understood everything.
