Awesome experience!

I called Cincinnati Chimney and Masonry to come and look at the chimney for our house that we recently purchased. They charged me $99 to look at it for five minutes and gave me an $1800 estimate for work that it needed - two new chimney caps and masonry work. I approved the project and they said they would do it in 2 weeks. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't heard from them. I've called twice and they just keep saying I'm on the board. Whatever that means. I feel like they came to my house and stole $99 from me. Don't call this company!

They did a good job. Though a couple weeks later we found our chimney cap on the ground. Not sure what happened, whether their fault or something else happened. Anyway, we called the company and they responded immediately, came out and remounted the cap and there was no charge.

Brian was able to find all the needed parts, made a new chase cap and had it all installed.

I had gotten another estimate from another chimney shop and there was a big difference in the estimate and what my insurance company valued the damage to be. So I called Brian who was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out and looked it over and gave me a quote to replace the liner and repair the chimney. The estimate came in right in line with what my adjuster had come up with. We want to have it repaired before Christmas and Brian worked it out perfectly. His guys know what they are doing and they do it well. The work is very dusty and dirty but they take the time and care that it takes to not make a mess. My wife came home after they left and didn't think they had been there. They left the are around the fireplace spotless.  If you need this work done I highly recommend using Brian and his team.

They did good work. They were very nice and tidy. They did everything I asked them to do.

Excellent. Gentleman was on time. He explained what he was going to do, than did it. He swept the chimney, then got his camera out and showed me the problems with the interior. He recommended that we not use it, and gave us several ways to go about fixing the problem, a few of which were services not provided by his company. He cleaned up and was on his way.
