 + -1 moreAN ESTIMATED 1.5 DAYS' WORTH OF WORK TOOK THREE DAYS BECAUSE CREW DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL NOON THE FIRST TWO DAYS, AND WITHOUT THE NECESSARY MATERIALS, RESULTING IN A LOT OF DOWN TIME WHILE THEY WAITED FOR MATERIALS TO BE DELIVERED. FORTUNATELY, THE JOB WAS NOT CHARGED BY THE HOUR!
Description of Work: CLEAN CHIMNEY CREOSOTE BY SANDBLASTING, REPAIR DISINTEGRATING EXTERIOR CHIMNEY BRICKS AND CAP.
