Chimney Repair
AN ESTIMATED 1.5 DAYS' WORTH OF WORK TOOK THREE DAYS BECAUSE CREW DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL NOON THE FIRST TWO DAYS, AND WITHOUT THE NECESSARY MATERIALS, RESULTING IN A LOT OF DOWN TIME WHILE THEY WAITED FOR MATERIALS TO BE DELIVERED. FORTUNATELY, THE JOB WAS NOT CHARGED BY THE HOUR!
