I was a first time home buyer. Simin Goedeking did an excellent job walking me through the whole process. She was very prompt in replying to e-mails and telephone calls and explained everything very clearly. The mortgage she found me was very competetive. I have no doubt that she will monitor rates and get in touch with me if it makes sense to refinance. I will definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING, PERSONALIZED SERVICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN LOANS WITH LOWER CLOSING COSTS, BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THE ADVICE WE RECEIVED THROUGH SIMIN AND TONYA AT CHARTER CUP SAVED US THOUSANDS IN THE LONG RUN. I WOULD RECOMMEND CHARTER CUP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RE-FI, MORTGAGE OR HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT.
