They were quite good.

The sales call started out well. The gentlemen was friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He demonstrated to me his product. And honestly, the Champion product seemed to me to be a very good patio door. After the demo, he quoted me the price. I needed to speak to my spouse, who was not there. The gentleman explained that this particular price was only good for that day. I explained that there was no way I could make the decision alone. Then he informed me that if I made the decision at that moment, the price would come down even further. This happened several times, with the price coming down a little each time. He also lowered the down payment price several times. I could feel my temperature rising during this time. He was really closing hard. It was very uncomfortable. I eventually signed the contract with no money down to "hold my price." I felt like I had to give in or it was going to go on forever. What if I had said yes right away? Then I would have paid the full price. Not fair to consumers! At least I don't think so. BUT, the thing that REALLY got me, was, that after he had left, he called me later that afternoon. He asked, that if I chose his company for the project, could he have a COPY of the quotes that I had recieved from the other two companies that I was talking to regarding a new patio door. (yes, I informed all three companies that I was speaking to that I would be gathering a total of three quotes before making a decision.) I was in shock. This is crooked, and unethical. Obviously we did not use Champion. Really, honestly, this rep was really likable. He was friendly, and seemed to be sincere, at least until it was time to close me. I was really disappointed because they seemed to have a good product. Their sales tactics are disgusting.

Champion's workers were very good. The sales people didn't push anything on me. The price was a little high but I needed the windows. I would recommend them.

They were very thorough and did a good job. And they were very friendly.

I called to get an estimate, and they came within a few days of my calling. However, I was very unimpressed with their sales tactics, which border on deception. The estimator told me it would cost $900 to replace a picture window in my bathroom. He then pressured me into making a decision by offering me a $250 "gift card" which I could use against the $900 to bring the bill to $650 if I made the decision on the spot to go with them. He tipped his hand by saying that I would have a hard time getting a bid under $600. In other words, the market price was closer to $600. The gift card was simply a high pressure sales tactic. He also told me that I would have a hard time finding a company willing to replace only one window. He was wrong about both predictions. A few days later, I had a reputable company out to give me another bid, which was $599. They had no problem replacing just one window. They did not offer any gimmicky "gift cards". A reputable company has no business engaging in underhanded high pressure sales tactics.

They were outstanding. They were top notch, but probably more expensive. They were quick and anything we asked they did. They showed up on time every day. Everything that was promised was done.

It went excellent. The job was done quickly. They did a good clean up job. They weather was not the greatest and they just worked right through it. It went so well I am having them come back to do more work for us.

I didn't choose this company, but they were excellent anyway.

They did outstanding work.

Now it is re-done. I liked the paneled walls. Everything is great. However, the handyman did not do a good job with the painting. Everything else was fine.

They were very business-like and described everything the way it would be and followed through.

THE WINDOWS AND COMPANY ARE VERY SATISFACTORY. THE ONE COMPLAINT I DO HAVE IS THAT DURING INSTALLATION THEY CHIPPED THE EXISTING MARBLE WINDOW SILLS.

They did a really good job. They said if it leaked we should call them. It did, we called and they came out the next day and fixed it and it hasn't leaked since.

I was given a price quote ($2700) for a replacement patio door. When I told the salesman that I needed to discuss the project before ordering he told me that the discount was good only through this week. I told him that I understood that and would call him. He then told me that I could be included in a bulk discount purchase if I ordered by 3:00 today. The new quote was $1700!! This seems like a very sleazy sales practice and I will not use this company for my remodeling projects. They not only lost the sale of patio doors but I am getting quotes for finishing my basement also and they will not be included. I am very disappointed because I thought that Champion was a reputable company.

Like I mentioned before the workers make a job. Terry R. Casey & the bathroom guys did a great job, and didn't disturb our lives at all.

Everything was great! The price was right, the installation was quick and the windows are amazing!

Went OK. Thought their price was high. Kind of felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. Went with a different company whose quote was $4000 less. We were satisfied with the other companies product but not their service.

David and Champion are great to work with. They gave a quote, did the install, and cleaned up everything in timely manner. We are very happy with the installation, and the windows definitely made a difference in our energy costs.

THEY WERE HELPFUL IN CHOOSING THE RIGHT WINDOWS. THE INSTALLATION WAS GOOD. THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN FINISHED.

THEY ARE A BIG AND LONG TIME COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY. THE GUY WHO WAS ASSIGNED TO DO THE WORK HAD EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, THOUGH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING EVERYTHING UP.

They were excellent. I had a problem afterward and they took care of it with no problem. I wouldn't use anyone else for windows or doors.

The company representatives were on time, were friendly, informative, and professional. We were very pleased with the workers and the company representatives such as the salespeople.

Wow! We were extremely pleased with Basement Living Systems. Having a remodel done by conventional remodeler in the Kitchen of our last home, it was very refreshing to see a company do what they say when they say at the price quoted. Our job foreman (Luke)was great with coming up with ideas to make the basement even better than we imagined. They showed up on time -left on time and cleaned up every day. The fact that there are no sub-contractors was also very refreshing as even the plumbers and electricians were accountable to their company and to us, the customer. They finished when they said they would be done and have been responsive to all our requests and needs even after they got paid. They really care about making us happy. I wish everyone I have hired was this good.

The sales experience felt a little pushy. The installers were on-time, polite and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up at completion. I've been very pleased with the look and performance of the windows since installation.
