We are a full-service, family owned and operated roofing company. We have current copies of our Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance. We have thousands of references available upon request We do not use subcontractors, all work is performed by our 9 hourly employees. We do not charge for estimates. Bruce Parrett, the owner of the company does all of the estimating and is on every job that is installed by the company. All of our installers are Master Shingle Applicators certified through Certainteed.

"After completing the project and during the project, the customers husband would call us after hours complaining about certain issues and we would address them the next day or during the job, thinking the issues were resolved, we would get another call after hours about another issue. We then attemped to resolve the issues. The fascia was never removed from the house, the gutters are currently attached to it around the perimeter of the house. We installed the roof and siding according to local codes and building practices according to the manufacturer specifications. The customer then informed us that they woild put in the two windows and paid us for our work and we mutually decided to part ways."
