Central Tool Repair & Rental

I paid a $30 deposit, but I get that back and apply it towards the $14 for the rental of the ladder. Every foot was a dollar. So a 14-foot ladder was $14 to rent. It is much cheaper than a big box home improvement retail store. I love that they have the product on hand. He even loaded it in my car and let me borrow a bungee. I am sure there is charge for that. I also love their excellent pricing.

The saw had previously been worked on unsuccessfully by another repair shop while under warranty. They had rebuilt the carburetor and returned it with only marginally improved performance. The saw continued to get more and more difficult to start and keep running, I took it to Central Tool because they had been recommended by the my local city tree cutters. They checked it out and tried a new spark plug before writing up a ticket to do more diagnosis. When I called back to check on it, they had told me the saw had been repaired and there was no charge because it was a warranty repair. Apparently the piston had been assembled incorrectly from the factory. They had submitted it through warranty based on the defect and it was covered even though the warranty period had passed. The chainsaw has been running absolutely great. Only charge was for the spark plug which I opted to keep.
