Central Tile & Marble Co

This project went very well.  Jeff come to our home the evening before starting the work to get the scope of the work and make sure he had all of the supplies he needed (we already had the tile which we had purchased from The Tile Shop ourselves).  We talked about the process he would use and the time he would arrive, finish, etc.   The next day Jeff arrived on time and got to work.  He measured and cut and set the tile as the backsplash grew.  At one point it looked as if the two sides of the pass-through window were not exactly balanced in the design and he took the time and initiative to readjust work already done to make it "right".  He got the whole backsplash mounted on the first day, then on the second day did the grouting, cleaning, polishing, and cleaning up.  Overall great job.
