I obtained bids 3 for my BMW repair and CCC was the cheapest. The repair result was second to none, within budget and finished on time as promised. Customer service was outstanding and the office staff very friendly. I will definitely return to City Center Collision for any auto body work in the future. If you are looking for high quality and honest service at reasonable price done with a smile, then I would highly recommend City Center Collision for your auto body repair.

Center City was the lowest of three bids. The car was done a day ahead of their promised date and looks great. Very pleased with the way I was treated and would definitely use again if needed(hopefully not!) and would recommend them to friends.

They communicated thoroughly with me during every step of the process. The entire staff that I came into contact with were super friendly and professional. The work was finished on time and then even went above and beyond by detailing the car after they were finished with the repairs! I wasn't able to pick up the car the night the repairs were finished so they volunteered to drop it off at my home. An amazing customer centric experience!

So after reading a slew of positive reviews and needing to get quotes for insurance purposes, I reached out to Center City via email. Imagine my delight when someone emailed me back withing hours. I was able to get an initial inspection scheduled over email!
I showed up, they had someone see me right away. We walked out, some photos were taken and then we went back into the shop. WIthin half an hour I had my quote. Since the price was so reasonable, after I got home, I called back to ask about getting on their schedule.
Since the labor portion of the quote was only about 15 minutes, I asked if we could make the arrangement to have the work done while I waited on my lunch break. They called me back to let me know that it wouldn't be an issue as long as I purchased the part in advance so that they'd have time to prep. Not a problem for me, so I gave them my credit card information over the phone.
Less than a week later, they let me know the part had arrived and whenever I had time, I could swing by to have it installed.
This is the point in the review where I'd be happy to say that everything went down just like that. Except it didn't. Once they removed the plastic wrap off the part, we discovered a huge gouge in the exterior surface. The staff was very apologetic and explained that they'd order another part right away.
They also let me know that while the part that was on my car was originally painted, the new part ships textured and colored to match from the factory. I had the option to continue with the original quote for a painted to match part or they could just do the install and save about $100 in paint labor and supplies.
I'm happy to say that although the part was damaged and I had to make a second trip, they were quick, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. They came in under their original quoted price, did wonderful work and were so friendly! I'm definitely happy to recommend and use them again.

I scraped my car on the side of the carport while backing out in a rush - my fault, so not covered by insurance, and a 10 year old car so not worth the investment of an expensive repair. However it's a very pretty car (yellow Audi TT) and often gets compliments from complete strangers and I was very upset about the damage. I took it for a quote to a Cincinnati repair shop that had been previously recommended to me and they gave me an estimate of $1,000 (plus the cost of car hire) and bombarded me with 6 e-mails over the next 24 hours asking when I was bringing it in. I took the car to another repair shop who quoted me over $1,300 (plus the cost of car hire). My husband then suggested Center City Collision who had previously given him a quote, so I went there as a last resort. They were amazingly helpful and immediately pulled my car into the shop and cleaned off the paint to get a closer look at the damage. They gave me an estimate of $850 and I arranged to bring it in the following week. When I brought it in they drove me home (no car hire costs!) and phoned me right afterwards to say that the damage was less than they had originally anticipated and that it would be much cheaper to repair. They also offered to detail, polish and wax it as part of the total repair price, which amounted to a grand total of $425.93. It looks like a brand new car and I'm almost glad I damaged it because otherwise it would never have looked this good!

This place is great. I was rear ended and then backed up into all in one week and I needed to get two repairs done. I went to Center City Collision and the repair process couldn't have been easier. They handled the insurance companies perfectly and even arranged for a rental car to be there at the time of my drop-off. It was fast, professional service and I couldn't even tell that work had been done. Good as new! They also give the car a wonderful wash and wax when they complete the work which I greatly appreciate. Please give them a try if you need any body work done.

I brought in my minivan for interior and exterior detailing. The interior had over a year of three kids using it. The exterior had scrapes and a dent in the front bumper. When I came to pick it up a day later it looked brand new. Seriously! They were able to pull out the dent, match the paint to cover the scrapes. The interior was spotless and didn't reek of car and quot;perfumeand quot;. It was fresh and clean!

I actually got an estimate from another body shop in Cincinnati that I found here on Angie's List, but decided to go with Center City Collision because it was a preferred provider through my auto insurance provider which meant lifetime warranty on the repair. I went in to CCC for an estimate 3/18 (early afternoon) and received an estimate via email the following day (slightly cheaper than my estimate from the other body shop). At the time they were a little backed up and wouldn't be able to begin repair until the following week, but said they would go ahead and order any parts/supplies ahead of time so it would be ready for repair immediately upon arrival. Although I was briefly frustrated I couldn't get in for repair sooner, I was appreciative that they said they would only take it in when it would be immediately ready to repair so I would not be careless longer than necessary. I should note that they do offer on site rental car service if needed. My car had no functional deficits so I didn't mind waiting the week to drop it off. I dropped my car off the morning of 3/27/13, got an email with right away from the manage stating the repair would take and quot;about 5 business days or soand quot;. To my surprise, I got a call the next day stating my car was ready to go! My car look as good as new and was beautifully cleaned inside and out! Chris and the rest of the CCC staff were great! I only gave them a B for responsiveness because the estimate took a little longer than I expected, and they weren't easily reachable when I arranged for pick up of my car after repair. But overall I had a great experience with CCC. I highly recommend them for body work.

Very pleased how they stood behind their work. They repainted my hood 6 years ago. It looked fine, but this past year the clear coat started peeling away from the base paint. Without any arguement, they repaired it - sanded it down and repainted it for free. I'm delighted by that. At the same time I was having VW warrantee rust work done to the fenders. (So I don't know how their prices compare). I'm satisfied with the quality of the job. I believe they also detailed my car for me - at least the interior glass and surfaces have been cleaned. The only small snag was the timeliness of work. We left the car with them while on vacation for 10 calendar days and the car still wasn't done when we got back. Was without a car for 2 days. But other than that I drove away very happy.

Kevin Raines The owner completed an estimate of repairs and gave me a date for start and finish of repair. Vehicle was completed on time and looks great. They even completed a detailed cleaning of the interior of my car.

I received my estimate from Kevin and felt very comfortable they would do a good job at a good price. Car was dropped off Mon Dec 19 ands told the repair would take about 5 days (Dec 23rd) at most. They called me on Wednesday to say repair was on schedule and my car should be ready on Friday. I called Friday morning to make sure and arrange time to pick up car only to find out that they had ordered the wrong door, a sedan door instead of a hatchback door and the car would not be ready until Monday AM the 26th. I specifically asked for someone call me before 10:30am Monday but heard nothing....so I called to find my car would not be ready. The 2nd door that they received was rusted and they had to wait for a new door skin. While I respect the fact CCC did not want to put a low quality door on, the continual lack of communication was frustrating. Now that the car would be ready Wednesday 28th. Once again it was not ready Wednesday and was told would now be ready Friday 30th. We had them assure us that the car would be ready Friday morning, and they agreed to try and "do their best". Once again, no call, so I called Friday AM to discover that the car was not ready and would not be ready until 5:30 that afternoon, which did not work into my schedule. They then said that I could absolutely come pick the car up Saturday morning 31st, and it would be sitting there waiting for me. They called back 20 minutes later saying the car would not have time to completely dry and I needed to pick the car up on Monday Jan 2nd! Finally, the car was ready Monday afternoon. The car was repaired well; although there was a small issue with the doors matching in alignment, but nothing that would affect the integrity of the car. We also found an obvious broken back quarter panel light was not repaired (fixed a week later). On checking out there was no apology for the delay or the inconvenience they caused me by waitng 2 weeks for a 5 day repair. We would not recommend this repair shop.

I took an Acura in for some work done on various areas that needed touched up...They had to order some parts, the work was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Way beyond what I expected. The staff is very professional, location was very convenient, Norwood. I also took my Jetta in because the window motor was broken...They ordered the part, had it in the next day, installed, and washed my car to boot. Can't beat that.
