Jamie was very responsive - i had to reschedule once and that was no problem. Respectful of my home and did a nice job.

Best decision I ever made was to call Carpet Masters before replacing the carpet. I have had many other cleaning companies come and have had nowhere near the results that were delivered this time. It was as if the bigger companies had trained their people for a few days and put them on a truck. I asked the guys why there is such a difference between them and the chain companies and their response was that they had been doing this for over 25 years and this is their career, not just a job for the time being. I really respected that and it seems to be harder and harder to find companies like this!!!

I had a five gallon punchbowl full of red wine and sugar, crack and spill all over carpet, drapes, and dining chairs. Jamie called back, after we left an emergency message, and gave us instructions on how to handle the mess, and continue the party. He came the next workday, and got all the stain out. It was incredible! Ten years later, the carpet is still down!

CARPET MASTERS RETURNED MY CALL AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT TIME READY. THEY DID THE CARPETS A FEW DAYS LATER. THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY WORKED HARD AND DID NOT LEAVE THE CARPET WET WHEN THEY LEFT. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT.
