We were relocating from out of town and trying to do initial "legwork" remotely. Carol was excellent in listening to our criteria for a new house and matching prospective properties and communicating with us via email and phone. When it came time to actually view houses, she did a great job of not wasting our time with inappropriate houses, but just the types of houses we were looking for. When it came time to negotiate, she was well prepared with comparables and advice to help us get the best possible deal. She always displayed the utmost professionalism even during some stressful last minute issues with the sellers at closing. She went above and beyond the normal service many times, including handling the home inspection process by recommending a company and even accompanying the inspector during the process and followups. We have worked with several agents in the past and Carol is by far the best we have ever encountered or have ever heard of from others. We highly recommend her.
