"I never taught this person and never even met him. His "A" rating was very kind even though I never gave him any piano lessons. He said I tuned his piano although I do not tune pianos and never have. There must be a mistake in this posting for my studio by Angieslist. It is a total error. The price he put on the rating for my lessons is false. My cost per lesson is not anywhere near that cost that he said I charged. It is much less. In fact I give additional lesson time if I think it is needed without additional cost. I am grateful for all the outstanding reviews by students who have studied with me and from those who are currently taking lessons. My local and online teaching over the period of many years has always been highly rated by people who are and who have been my students."

"[Member Name Removed] inquired through my website regarding piano lessons to which I immediately responded. She seemed very eager to begin lessons and said she would get back to me very soon. It was a pleasure talking with her and I have been looking forward to working with her. I am very surprised to receive this negative review since I never met her and was happy to answer her questions. She was interested in the cost for lessons. I mentioned that my students have the option of using PayPal through my website. I offer my students, for their their first lesson, a courtesy get acquainted lesson at no charge, after signing up on my website for either one, or groups of five or ten lessons. I also offer their 11th lesson for free after having a group of ten one hour lessons. I am very sorry that it seemed to her that I was only interested in payments. This is not true. That is not at all the only information I gave her following her inquiry. She was very happy to know about my teaching method and asked if I had group sessions as well as individual lessons. I answered that I have had group sessions, which I call Piano Parties, for my local students in the past and plan to do more of them now for my online students as well as my local students. I treat all of my students with great respect and often give them more time at their lessons than they pay for. I always am available to answer all their questions and have had outstanding reviews from them and their families. This the first time that anyone has presented this type of review of my services. She has never had lessons with me. It is very surprising that she never mentioned anything in this regard on the phone to me. I would be glad to discuss this with her again and would welcome her to experience piano lessons with me as her teacher. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding and plan to rectify this with her."
