- I have been a customer of CarX in Springdale for over 20 years and if the visit is for repairs, a fully explained description of the problem and an estimate for repairs has always been offered before the work is started and upon completion, if applicable, the replaced part is always presented. There have been no problems with the work after the car is back on the road. At times, this store is more expensive than others and at times they have been less expensive. The inconsistency in pricing has always evened out.
