We asked if they used their own people. They said yes and that they had been there for 30 years. The guy they sent was his second day. He was a nice man, who spoke no English. He had to use his own tools and worked by himself. The salesman missed measurements and there were design flaws on a bar top. The product was a poor quality. The job went weeks and was supposed to take 4 to 5 days. I had to help carry cabinet top in because they only sent the one man. They did stick to their price and in fact they did give us some money back.

Terrible. The guy put the garbage disposal switch so far back in a bottom cabinet that you can't reach it!!! It took 4 weeks as opposed to 3 days as we were told. Six years later, all the refacing is falling off the walls, doors, etc. The refacing around the oven can't tolerate heat and has completely separated. When I called about this years ago I was told the warranty only covered a limited time and there was nothing they could do. Total waste of money. Never use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The overall experience was good. Dan was helpful in describing the materials available and how the work would be performed. Scheduling was a slight problem. Robin obtained the required measurements about three weeks after signing the contract and performed the work four weeks later. Robin and and Caleb arrived on time each day and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the results.

Very well. They showed up on time (every time), they had samples of every finish available with them, they were ready to deliver when they said they would, and when they installed the new doors and drawer fronts, they did a good job.
