It went very badly. We signed a contract on 12/3/13. He said he would start first week of January, 2014. We did not hear from him after numerous calls and requests to let us know what was happening with schedule. He came up with stories he was in the hospital and that he would start work on Feb. 24th. He did not call or show up. He called on the 25th, then appeared at our home on the 26th requesting the 2nd third of the payment for thge job. He showed up at our home on the 27th and 28th with a co-worker and spent about 10 hours total working . The kitchen was left dirty, dusty, and with his materials left all over. We could not use it or even walk in it without carrying dust and dirt to other rooms. He stated he would be back on March 3rd. He did not appear or call on the 3rd or 4th. He returned our call on the 5th, saying he needed to talk to us. He stopped in with a story about having problems with his bank, not having access to his money. He wanted more money from us. He said they would be back on the 6th at 8:30am. At 10;30 they showed up and worked a total of 12 hours over that day and the next. They installed 6 cabinet fronts and four drawer fronts on the 7th. After they left, we discovered they were not the style of fronts we selected. Every time they worked and left, the place was left a mess. They told us they would be back on March 10th to resume work at 8:30. In spite of numerous calls, he did not respond. On the 11th, we informed him we no longer would be retaining him due to his breach of contract and he would also hear from our attorney in the near future.

Company had severe money problems. New owner, wasn't ready for "Prime time". Took something like 7 months to finish job

I contracted with this company to replace the countertop, drawer slides, and drawer pulls back in March. They had business problems and the company is now under new management, but I'm still waiting for the work to be finished and we are getting close to September. I would not do business again with this outfit at this time. If you do, read over the contract VERY carefully before you sign to make sure everything the salesman promised you is on there and your copy too.

We did not go with this company. Never will and will tell anyone that askes us about this company what happened from the beginning.

The end result was very good. The person doing the work was very skilled and thorough. He was able to clean the original cabinets and cover any scratch or wear marks. He applied a fresh coat of sealant making the cabinets look new. He also repaired the hinge on one door. Having this done was cheaper than a complete resurface and certainly cheaper than replacement cabinets.

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The price is high. Their workmanship is a C. They had to re-do my countertops and replace 3 doors. They just came back today to put 2 more drawers on that they messed up. If they had done a good job then the price would not have been so bad. They respond quickly. The workers were fine but the customer service was an F.

To date I've paid them $3,135 for inferior and sloppy work that they've done and put a stop payment on the last check. The laminate is pealing away from the cabinet surface and was incorrectly cut in some places where my old cabinet surface can be seen. The caulk in the laminate seams are the wrong color and the big countertop has a 1/4 inch gash in it as well as a big bump. The small countertop's length was incorrectly cut and the backsplashes are uneven. The caulking in my countertop is the wrong color and is already deteriorating after the installation at the end of April. The handles that were installed in drawers and cabinets are crooked with the wrong size drawer in a new cabinet and the new cabinet not even flushed to the wall. The hinges should've been concealed but they weren't. After this bad experience, I?d like to get the money paid, refunded, so that I can get someone trustworthy, competent, and reliable to do the work which is why I signed up with Angie's List.

The job was only supposed to take 3 days. It ended up taking almost 3 months. They kept giving us the run-around. We contacted their vice president and we even went down to their office to complain but the work still took way too long. The end quality was pretty good but it should not have taken 3 months. I would never use them again.

The representative seemed unhappy that my husband couldn't be there & really wouldn't talk specifics with me. He obviously had a rehearsed presentation ready but didn't do it. Instead, he shrugged his shoulders & said it would be between $5,000 & $6,000. He would not tell me what this was based on, the kitchen is not oversized & this seemed too much to me. He just said okay & left. I honestly felt insulted. I had to set aside time to meet with him too. It seems he could have given me the same vague estimate over the phone & saved us both the trouble.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. NEEDED TO HAVE A COUPLE MINOR THINGS FIXED IN A RETURN VISIT, BUT THEY WERE ATTENTIVE TO GETTING THESE RIGHT (ONE DOOR DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY INITIALLY). WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

NO PRESSURE TO BUY. DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. LIKED EVERYONE INVOLVED. WOULD USE AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WAS AWFUL! THEY WERE NOT ACTUALLY ABLE TO DELIVER WHAT THEY HAD SOLD ME. THE COLORS DID NOT MATCH AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. I HAD TO ACCEPT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR SHADE AND STYLE JUST TO GET IT DONE. THE 1ST TIME THEY DID THE JOB, IT WAS VERY, VERY POORLY DONE AND AS A MATTER OF FACT, HAD TO BE ALMOST COMPLETELY REDONE. A JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2 DAYS DID NOT END UP GETTING DONE FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! I BELIEVE THEY DECEIVED ME FROM THE START BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO ME ON THE PHONE THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE COLOR PROBLEMS. HE SAID I WASN'T THE FIRST ONE TO SAY SOMETHING BUT MINE WAS 'DEFINITELY THE WORST WE'VE SEEN'. THE SALES REP DID NOT WARN ME THERE MIGHT BE COLOR MATCHING PROBLEMS. WHEN TALKING TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY I HAD TO THREATEN TO CALL HOWARD AIN AND PUT THEM ON TV TO GET 10% OFF. I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE AND WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER
