Flooring
The estimate went fine. From there the technicians did fine, no great, after arriving late, but all went well and they were generally on time for the second and third finish coats. The problems began when I tried to pay. I reminded the owner that the finish carpentry still needed to be done (chair rail and toe moulding), a small task, but included in the estimate. That is when the owner accused me of evading payment, this after specifically asking him if I needed to make a deposit! To say the least I wasn't pleased with the treatment, but the work by the crew--I wish I remembered the name of the lead technician was great and would hire him again, but not this company. By the way I did pay them.
