Used Burton's Collision 15+ years ago when in a previous accident, but shopped around when looking to repair our Highlander when it was hit recently. Right from the initial contact, Ricky took the time to explain our options, and kept us up to date on how the work was progressing. Used genuine OEM parts for most of the replacements, particularly the body panels and light covers. Took care to make sure everything fit properly. The process took a bit longer than the original estimate (thus the B on punctuality), some of which was out of their control due to bad weather across the country and difficulty in getting parts shipped. We're thrilled with the results. The car looks brand new. Paint matches perfectly. Drives great. Can't tell it was ever in an accident. I highly recommend Burton's Collision, and we'll most certainly use them again should the need arise.

The body work is a beautiful match. They did a very nice, detailed cleaning. They are very nice and kept us informed. They even worked with our insurance company.

Very professional group. Diagnosed car quickly and replaced my water pump in two days which was exactly the time frame they had said. They provided me with a loaner car for those two days which was very helpful. Thought I had a problem a couple of days later so I took it back and they re-checked everything again at no charge. Turns out there was no additional problem. Charged exactly the estimated cost - no extra! Will definitely use them again.

Ricky and the crew went out of their way, in a respectful, professional, quality-driven manner. I hold the work on my vehicles at an extremely high standard, and to simply put it very impressive. Without a doubt outstanding. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my shiny, clean car my only regret during the entire process was that I didn't take all my vehicles there for the past 37 years. There was attention to detail. No runs or orange peel texture. They were worth the price paid.

The only delay in service occurred because their supplier sent them an aftermarket hood, and they sent it back, requesting the real Ford part. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job.

Steve and company did an excellent job. The car looks great. We were fixing my teenage daughters car and needed the work to be done well; but didn't want to be overcharged for a car that is not worth all that much. The price quoted originally was more than the actual cost. They worked with us to use as many existing parts as they could. They were polite and complete in explaining all the details and worked with our schedule to get it done in a time that was convenient for us. This is the best experience I have had with car mantinance ever. If we ever need to have body work done we will go back.

Great experience. Steve was very professional. He gave me a quote, provided us a rental vehicle, and kept us apprised of how the work was going along with an end date. He worked with insurance on extras that were needed as they did the work. They cleaned out the car and washed it before I picked it up. Looked great. So far no problems. Great job!!

He undid the mess that dealership created. After a year and a half of my car being over charged and misdiagnosed by the dealership, I am so thankful that I found Burton's. For the past 7-8 years, he has kept my car running. He is excellent at diagnosing and fixing the wide variety of problems that my car has had over the years. Whenever necessary, he also provides me with a loaner car. He treats me more than fairly and always goes above and beyond. He really cares, and is just the best! UPDATE: 9.24.2013~ When I went in to sign the paperwork for the loaner car. He said there is no paperwork. He said there is nothing to sign because the car was mine. He gave me the loaner outright.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did an excellent job and the car looks beautiful. They didn't give us a time on when it would be done. They said that it depends on what they ran into so we understood that.

The front end of my car was damaged from a piece of metal thrown from a truck on the expressway. Car was driveable but needed a dent repaired along with a new bumper & headlight. Burton's got my car repaired quickly and did an excellent job.

The repair job was beautiful. You can't tell it was ever hit! And it was finished a day ahead of the estimate. I had used Burton's a few years ago for a repair and was very satisfied then as well. I merely gave him the check from the other driver's insurance company and Burton's dealt with them for the remaining amount. If I ever need work done again, I would definitely return.

It went well. Everything was done in a timely manner and of all the places I took it for estimates they were the most responsive and friendliest.

My car looked great after the body work! My car is a twenty year old car and they had to work very hard to find parts and had very good solutions for replacements of parts that were discontinued. They were very respectful of my sentimental feelings toward my car and that I kept up my car mechanically so that I could keep it for as long as possible. The towing service was provided quickly. The explanations about the estimate and and answers to my questions were thorough. And they had a car ready for me when I was ready to leave. This is a great one stop shop for all things to do with cars!

They did good work, but I found their original quoted price to be high. When I gave them another estimate I was given elsewhere, they brought the price down to match.

Awesome. They did an awesome job on my car as well as dealt with the other party's insurance carrier for me. They also were able to help me out with a rental. They called me 2 times per week to let me know what the status was and when they had to work with the insurance to get more $ from them. They did an amazing job. They have lots of experience with insurance work and were able to let me know what would happen as far as the process goes.

What i thought was nice is that they gave me two different estimates. One was welding the part and the other was getting a new part. So, they gave me two options and I thought that was nice. I did end up with the cheaper option. I thought they did a great job. Everything was excellent.

We were promised to get the car back in 10 days. After they got into the repairing the car, it became apparent there was a lot more damage. The insurance company had to go and review the work so there was further delays. I believe all of the work was done well. The car drives fine. The only negative was Burton's was not always communicating to us that there would be delays. We had to initially follow up with them. That was frustrating. We actually had to go back and pick-up a rental car from them because of the delays in repairing the vehicle. Granted the delays were due to the amount of damage. After the car was repaired, there was a problem with the billing which I did not realize when I picked up the car. When I got home, I realized I over paid my bill by $100. Burton's was great when I called them. The immediately sent me a check for $100. They also gave me the option of going to their shop and picking up the check.

My wife stopped called Burton's Auto repair because my son had damaged the side of the van. We decided after this quote and a couple others that it was not worth fixing based on the age and value of the van. I probably would have used Burton's because he seemed to know what he was doing and talking about, we just decided not to use them.

I took my beloved Jeep there because the windshield was leaking. Dwayne was very honest from the beginning and on assessment of my car recommend leaving the window as is; removing the window would likely "trap me into spending a huge amount of money" on a vehicle that is 13 years old and honestly not worth it. He showed me the creeping rust under the paint and the cobbled window stripping that indicated heavy rust and corrosion to the underlying window frame. He recommended a temporary fix with black caulk and demonstrated how to do the job. I greatly appreciated his honesty as he easily could have removed the window, only to then find what he already new would be there, and then charged me a huge amount of money to bondo, reinstall, and repaint a car that I'm only keeping for 6 more months. Although he didn't make any money on me today, I will certainly be taking my cars there in the future for body and mechanic work; it's darn hard to find an honest mechanic like these guys anymore. Thank you.

I got hit on my way to work. Family decided to go through their insurance company, State Farm. Burton's was going to give me a rental but State Farm said they would since it was their customer's fault. Ricky at Burton's took the car on Friday, and had it ready by Tuesday night, even though he had to stop repairs when he discovered damage under the bumper. But once State Farm approved the additional repairs, he was all over the job. Ricky is an artist and a perfectionist: he does not accept less than 'good as new' from himself or his staff. Everyone at Burton's seems to take pride in their job. I wouldn't go anywhere else to repair damage to my vehicle. And even though they are far from my house, because of the quality of their body work, I may start taking my car to Burton's for mechanical service, too. Professional, quality, responsive, punctual, honest...any positive adjective would describe this company.

I highly recommend Burton's to anyone in need of auto repair. I had a claim with Allstate and was provided a list of associated repair shops. I looked at Angie's list and Burton's had the best reviews, and understandably so. They fit me in immediately and were even flexible when I wanted to come in earlier. They ordered parts and received them right away. Through the entire process, they kept me informed on the status of parts, completion, etc. Also, I had a tire with a nail. They got a great deal on a new tire and replaced that in the process. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. I have lived in the Cinci area for a few years, and haven't found an auto shop that I would consider "mine" until now. In addition to the the staff, they did a great job on the vehicle. My car is a white pearl, which can be hard to color match. They did a fantastic job with the match. The best part is upon receiving my car, they had cleaned it inside and out.... they even managed to get rid of the dog hair, kid messes! I just about felt like I got a full detail along with the repair. If you are trying to decide on a repair shop - through and insurance claim or not - go here without a doubt! We have already gone back to them to fix something on my husbands car... they are getting parts and repairing for less than what we would pay for the parts ourselves! You won't regret it. Thanks guys - obviously, I'm a very impressed customer.

My wife's car was damaged a little bit by a person with Allstate Insurance. I got two estimates, but decided right away that I wanted Burton's to make the repairs. They've been in business there for a long, long time and have a great reputation. And they're nice people so that only served to reaffirm my opinion of them. I then went to Allstate for their estimate. They agreed with everything, and said they would guarantee Burton's work, so that if I wasn't satisfied they would pay to make it right. That's some guarantee! Anyway, Burton's did a great job, even though it was metallic green paint, which they warned me might be hard to match. They matched it perfectly, anyway! I'm a very happy customer!
