Description of Work: After having a car accident in another state, I called Burton's and they were responsive from the first minute! They dealt with my insurance, and kept me informed along the way. After returning from vacation, I picked up my van looking better than it did before I left!

Description of Work: Excellent repair job. It was also nice that they cleaned the inside of the car when completed. Only comment is that the job took a little longer, but we had a loaner vehicle so not a big deal.

Description of Work: Burton Collision repaired my Honda Odyssey which had scratches and dents on the fender and door. They explained how there may be some variance from the estimate and kept me updated during the process. The end result was an excellent paint job and repair and the vehicle looks like new.

Description of Work: This is the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Ricky, who seemed to be in charge, managed the work done on my car, kept me up to date on progress, and even pushed the work through when I needed the car a bit early. They were respectful, easy to work with, and did a great job on my car. I hope I never have to go back to them ... but if I have ever have body work that needs to be done, I'd go to Burton's.

Description of Work: In late August, my wife misjudged a parking lot space and scraped the side of the car to our right side, also damaging our right front bumper and some things behind it. Our insurance covered both cars, but I still had to find someone to do the body work on our car. I used Angie's List to evaluate a few, and selected Burton's based on the quantity and quality of their reviews. Our insurance adjuster OK'd their estimate, and I took our car to Burton's in early September. Once they removed the front bumper, they found more damage than they had estimated. They called in the adjuster, who agreed with the higher estimate, and that our insurance would cover it. The extra step of calling in the adjuster and ordering additional parts turned a 3 day estimate into a full week (including the Labor Day weekend), but insured a more complete job. We picked up the car on September 10. My wife was ecstatic that there was no visible trace of the damage. The total cost was $1,991.23. I paid only our deductible of $500. | |I was very pleased with the result. I had scraped the front fender of my car against the door frame of our garage several years ago, and had done nothing about it. Now that we have moved to a place with only 1 garage, the car sits outside, and I have been worried about rust. My car is at Burton's right now, having the scrape repaired and a thorough wax job, to assure me of rust protection. This cost will be $300. |

Description of Work: Burton's repaired my 2011 Colorado Pickup truck that had been severly damaged in a hail storm. The truck was returned to me and looked like a new truck! Ricky, the body shop manager was very good at explaining how and what was being done to repair my vehicle. I live in Springboro and it is about a 35 mile drive to their location but it was well worth it. Use them, you won't regret it!
