It went very well.

Everyone at Burton's was professional and helpful from start to finish. While the repairs cost more than I expected, they explained and justified what needed to be done, as well as found a way to combine repairs which saved a small amount of money. The work was very well done, and I am satisfied with the repairs. As others have noted, they also washed/detailed the car for no additional charge.

They wrecker towed my car from the scene of the accident. They handled the additional cost beyond the original estimate directly with my insurance company. My car was ready in a little over a week, with Labor Day in between. I would tell your insurance company that you want your car towed and fixed by Burton's. They do an excellent job.

My advice is don't waste time-go straight to Burton's and relax in the knowledge that you've made a great choice! I did a lot of research and even took the car to a few places for estimates. The last place I went was to Burtons. Their great Angie's list ratings were well earned. Rick was wonderful about thoroughly examining the car, showing me damage other shops missed, explaining the necessary repairs, dealing with the insurance company, keeping me informed throughout the process and making the repairs. It looks GREAT! Everyone there was courteous, experienced, and professional. They even gave me a comparable loaner for a flat rate of only $2 for the entire time. With all that and the Angie's list discount off our deductible, I just can't say enough good things about Burton's! Why go anywhere else?

After getting a couple of quotes for the body work needed to repair my car, I chose Burton's for several reasons: high Angie's List ratings, a generous Angie's List coupon, estimated cost, ability to start work immediately, weekend hours, and positive feedback on the company from the insurance adjuster. I was told the car would take approximately one week to repair. Additional damage discovered while working on the vehicle required parts to be ordered, stretching the repair time to twelve days. When the repairs were complete, Burton's delivered my vehicle to me at work. The car looks as good as new, both inside and out. Yes, they even cleaned the interior! Burton's staff, both in the office and the body shop, is friendly and professional. All phone calls were answered at the time of call, and call backs were returned promptly. Insurance issues were handled completely behind the scenes, requiring no effort on my part after an initial inspection by the adjuster.

My wife's car hadnt had proper service in a while and we didnt know the total history of the car as it was a "hand me down". After suffering through the summer without A/C my wife finally couldnt stand the cold commute so we took her car in to have the heat fixed. About the same time we decided to do that, the check engine light came on and the car started making a horrible sound. We dropped the car off on a friday (after the first real snow of the year) and they guys at Burton's told us they would get to as soon as possible. I called on Saturday to check in and was told the mechanic that was working on it had a family emergency and didnt complete the diagnostics. While I wasn't pleased Dwayne was very professional and held up to his promise to call me back at the end of their day to let me know whether the mechanic came back or not (he didnt). Dwayne did promise to get back with us as soon as the diagnostics were completed and he did. While the price was a bit higher than we anticipated (or wanted to spend) Dwayne explained everything to both my wife and I (on separate conversations)what was wrong and how to correct it. They performed the service relatively quickly and when i went to pick up the vehicle, they told me about a couple other things that needed to be fixed but that could wait until we had the $$. While I'm never sure if i'm getting take for a ride by a car mechanic, I do feel that Burton's did a good job and didnt perfom any unnecessary work. I think their price was probably a bit high but i feel like they did quality work. If I need major work on either of my vehicles again I would likely take it back to Burton's for work.

They took me in the same day I called. Kathy called the rental car company to arrange for the rental to be there when I arrived. They had the car ready several days later, when they said they would. There was additional damage beyond the initial quote and they handled all that with the insurance company. They also had a coupon for $100 off the deductible for Angie's List customers which I used and saved myself $100. Finally, they washed (and maybe waxed, not sure) the car and cleaned the inside as well. I was very pleased with them and they were always very courteous and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They were prompt with the estimate appointment. The estimate was what I expected (amount). They were able to drop me off after I left my vehicle for work on it and then picked me up to come get it. This was very helpful as I have no other driver at home. The color match is great. Matches the car exactly. Great work!! They were totally professionally and always helpful -- even when I called later with a request to send another copy of the bill.

This company and experience is exactly why I love Angie's List. I've never need auto body/paint work and wanted a company that I could trust. I was able to come in the same day that I called. Immediately got an estimate to protect myself before the adjuster contacted me. I was able to drop off my car to Burton's to start work the same day the adjuster came. They estimated one week and the car was ready to pick up exactly one week later. The owner had come out during the estimate and let me know that I would be extremely happy with the work. They are just great at what they do. This is why I joined Angie's List - to find high quality work and service that I can trust, even on those one-off times you need to contact a company.

Very professional group. Told us that they would fight with our insurance to use manufacturer parts and succeed in this. Seemed very honest and straightforward in giving the quote and explaining the work. Work looks great.

They were very punctual and responsive. However, it seemed that they were giving me a quote for more work than what I needed to do. I was not very satisfied with their quote and did not get the work done there.

They did an excellent job. The manager, Ricky, and other staff were very professional, competent, and helpful. My insurance company, Geico, was not helpful in getting the repair done, but I felt confident that Burton's would take care of it. And they did. I highly recommend their service, even if it is not a body shop suggested by your insurance company. Burton's will be on your side and get the job done. In fact they did more than what my insurance company paid them to do!

I called them and set up an appointment for the same day. I got an estimate. I then got my car insurance company to do an estimate (which took several days). After I got that, I faxed it to Burton's and waited. Not hearing, I called them 24 hours later. They agreed to abide by insurance company estimate, which included my $500 deductible. Burton's gave me an appointment day to start the work a couple of work days later (on a Monday). On Monday I took it in. They guessed that it would be done on Thursday. I called on Thursday. They said that they found inferior previous work on the molding, and that the car would not be ready until Saturday. They implied that the cost would be $50 more. The car was ready on Saturday, and they charged me $50 more.

This was my first time using Angie's List and I must say the people I talked with at Burton's were very courteous and helpful. They even inquired if I needed a tow, and they lent me a car while mine was getting worked on. My wife and I were impressed. The price was a little more than I had expected but I feel as though the quality is there. They gave me a complete list of things that were wrong with my van, something the dealer never even looked at.

The car door had been opened at an inopportune moment, and the car behind it did not stop in time. My car door would not close. They gave a reasonable estimate, based on a using a second hand door. They were easy to deal with, and navigated a minor foul up (my fault) with the insurer. The door now looks and works like new. I am fully satisfied.

Delivered car Monday A.M. They had loaner ready and warmed up (it was a very cold day). They said it would be three to four days for the work. They would give us an update on the morning of the third day. Third day they called and said it was ready.

The engine light came on and the engine was running a little rough. I took the car in and the problems were diagnosed and corrected. While Burton had my car, I was provided a loaner car so that I could get on with whatever else I had to do.

They ordered the parts when I was still in the shop after dropping the car off, and let me have a loaner car during the two days they had the Yaris. When I picked up the car, it had been beautifully finished and cleaned, and looks showroom new. Customers should note that Burton's will not accept purchase orders or credit from insurance companies, and require payment before releasing the car. This is fair because Burton's has been burned by insurance companies in the past, and has little recourse when this happens.

They did a very good job and we liked the feel of the place. The vibes are very good.

The work seems to be exceptional. Although, it took quite a long time. Some of this was due to the insurance company. Burton was very helpful in my dealing with the insurance company, but they seemed to be unable to tell me an accurate time to pick up my car. Taken altogether, though, I am very satisfied with the work.

The quality of their work was excellent. The car was delivered back to me in great shape on the date promised. Price seemed reasonable to boot.

They're top notch. Its a family owned company. They work with quality parts. They are very straightforward. I can't say enough good things about them.
