Perfect, if they don't have what I need, they can usually get it.

Called Mike on the recommendation from RWT windows to fix a window and once there we added the sliding screen door and two screens from bedroom window. He took them and had them back in a few days. did a good job, reasonable pricing and was pleasant to deal with as well.

I worked with Mike who was referred to me by RWT windows. I only needed 2 windows replaced as the seals had broken and I was having difficulty finding someone who didn't try to sell me on a whole home window package. One of the windows was an eyebrow which required a custom fit. I coordinated the work through both Mike and his wife Sue. Both of them were very helpful and professional. Mike came first to measure the windows then a few weeks later returned to install them. He worked very methodically and efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the windows and would definitely use him again.

Mike arrived 10 minutes early for the window repair. He worked extremely quietly (sometimes I forgot he was even in the house he was so quiet). He brought drop clothes along to protect my floors. He work efficiently and the window repair had stunning results. He even fixed a few little things with the windows and now they are beautifully clear and even open more easily than before. It really is like having new windows. I highly recommend Mike for any window repair and would absolutely call him for any future window issues. In addition to his work ethic and window repair abilities, Mike is also a kind man. After the work was completed, Mike called and left a message for me stating he believed he left a razor blade on my back window sill. He took a few minutes of his day to call and make sure that I was alerted to remove the razor blade to avoid any injuries to me, my family, or my neighbors' children. He is thorough, skilled, tidy, polite, and the glass came with a ten year warranty against future seal breakage. I feel like we have brand new windows in our home. They are so clear that it looks like there is no window even there. Thanks, Mike, for your incredible workmanship!

I worked with Mike, who was very responsive and very professional. We found a time for him to come out and estimate, he gave me a rough idea of the cost over the phone, then gave me a final cost after taking a look at the damage in person. Within a week, I received an estimate and we scheduled the work. He arrived on time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a great job. Was a great experience overall.

Hasn't completed the work yet. He's going to replace a second window as well. This is an excellent service as an alternative to total window replacement when you have a broken seal.
