I've always been more than satisfied with them. The owner, Chris Childs, is the person I've always dealt with. If there's something extra that needs to be done, he'll do it. They do real nice work and the workers are nice to deal with. When the workers start a job, they'll finish it in a timely manner.

They were efficient. They were there when they said they would be. They took care of everything that we asked them to do. They were very helpful and they were excellent.

Chris Childs and crew did an excellent job. He gave me a detailed estimate so I knew exactly what work would be performed.
For the prep, they pressure washed all surfaces prior to painting, applied mildewcide to remove mildew, scraped off all loose paint, calked loose seams, primed, and repaired loose shingles.
They applied 2 coats of paint to all surfaces including the trim , siding, gutters and downspouts, and doors.
I also asked them to include the additional option of touching up the stain on the beadboard eaves and porch ceilings. They applied 2 coats of spar urethane.
Chris has experienced employees. He does not use contractors. They arrived on time every day, were polite and courteous, and left the surrounding area around the house free of debris (spread tarps on the ground when scrapping and painting).
I have used this company twice in the past. I am always pleased with the results. They are very thorough and meticulous in their work. Two other neighbors on my street have used this company for painting.
My house and garage look fantastic!
