The crew appeared on time and were very efficient. They loaded all the items I wanted to donate and moved them on day one, so that I could use my driveway/garage that evening. They expected the job to take two days, and they were mostly complete
after day one. They sent two men back the next day to finish and clean up, which they did in less than 2 hours.
I found everyone on the crew to be friendly, polite, and professional. Their communication was excellent. My contractor, who came in to consult on a part of the job, was most impressed and said they were very quick and thorough. He even handed out cards for future subcontracting work.
I was so impressed that I gave an extra donation as a tip.
