WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE AND FAIRLY PRICED. ARRIVED EARLY AND GOT TO WORK. PROVIDED VERBAL ASSESMENT AS THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED. PROVIDED A TYPED REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS (DELIVERED ON SUNDAY). REPORT WAS COMPREHENSIVE AND POINTED OUT BOTH THE GOOD AND BAD OF THE HOME.
