DAN IS EXTREMELY FAIR AND WORKS VERY QUICKLY (LIKES TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE FAST). USUALLY WILL NOT GIVE YOU AN EXACT ESTIMATE OF THE WORK BUT HE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT HOW MANY HOURS HE FEELS IT WILL TAKE, A ROUGH MATERIAL COST AND HIS RATE PER HOUR. SO FAR HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK IN THE TIME HE ESTIMATED AND, AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, HE''S ALL BUSINESS WHEN HE IS WORKING.
