The gentleman who came out was very nice, however the work was shoddy. The sliding door lock was not working for some reason within the next day or so. I called back and the gentleman came back out and readjusted the lock (after stating that it must have been something I did because it was fine when he left the first time). Since the original service I have had problems with both locks. The front door will NOT LOCK from the inside and the sliding door will NOT LOCK from the outside. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this service and provider.

I have an old dog with bad hips that goes out our french doors and down a ramp I build for her to get to the backyard, any other way out requires stairs which she can't do except in an emergency. When I got up this morning to let her out the doors would not open. I tried everything I could think of and then called Brothers Lock and Key. They are about 2 miles away and I have used them many times to re key locks etc. over the past 10-20 yrs. When I called they answered right away and told me they would have a serviceman call and talk to me about it. Unfortunately I had an auto service appt in a half hour so I asked that he call me after 11:AM . I got the call about 11:15 and after I told him my problem he said he could be here in a half hour! He was right on time and in about a half hour or so, the lock set was fixed! The latching mechanism inside had broken and required a new one (and I even had a spare part from some older parts I had kept) I really appreciated that they could come so quickly and that the doors are now working for my old girl to go out back!

They did a very good job and they were reasonable.

They came so fast and the man was just charming. Our house was built in the 1950's so many of the locks were very old. He was so nice; he even changed light bulbs for us. He was so sweet and very helpful. He was cheaper than the other people we had dealt with. It was very inexpensive; much less than we had thought. It was extremely low and nowhere near what we thought we would have to pay. The quality was phenomenal. He was very professional. We would definitely use them again.

Did the job the same day that I called. Did a good job, very professional and charged much less than other locksmith's that I called.

Their price was relatively expensive. They knew what they were doing. They were efficient. One of the other times I used them they put new locks on my security door. While they were here, they noticed that my front door knob was loose. He screwed it in and tightened it up for me without even asking me.

It was a job well done.

Brother's has performed excellent work for us, and they are extremely timely and responsive to our needs. They are prompt with the work and have shown up exactly when they said they would.

BROTHERS HAS BEEN A GREAT SERVICE TO US IN BOTH EMERGENCY AND MAINTENANCE SITUATIONS. THEY RESPOND QUITE QUICKLY TO BOTH AT-HOME AND WALK-IN JOBS. THEIR PRICES ARE LOW AND WORK QUALITY IS EXCELLENT.
