This project was delayed many months due to the heat of working in the summer in an attic. Otherwise everything went as expected. Rob the carpenter was very considerate about children being in the house. The project met all expectations and the work came in UNDER budget due to a change in window type Rob the carpenter did all of the work reasonably quickly and with great care for the impact on our family. Several times he offered to make minor adjustments for our convenience at no extra charge. (i.e. Moving light switches and working around existing features.)
