Gutter Cleaning
They have come back two times for minor repairs, which caused damage exterior damage to my home. This is the 3rd time that I have called them. I now have more ice build up then I have ever had since I have owned the house. They currently are not responding to any of my calls. Due to the ice build up I now have interior damage, and it has caused my driveway too buckle. The total extent of the damage is currently unknown.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
We called several companies to come out and give us estimates. When Gutter Shutter came out to measure, they stated they could not give us any information unless both of us were here for the presentation. This seems to be extremely high pressure. They called their boss to see if they could just present to one of us and the boss said no. My husband called and asked to speak with the boss, but he never returned the phone call.

"Most home improvement companies in general require that both buying parties be present during the initial consultation. The Gutter Shutter System is a cosmetic change to the outside of the home. Having both decision makers present, our Representative can answer any questions or concerns that either party may have about our product, or guarantees. I apologize that the Felt's call was not returned, and we would like the opportunity to show them our system."
