Description of Work: Crown molding and corner blocks in the master bedroom. Chair rail wainscoting up stairway from first to second floor. | |Bret's Carpentry has done work for us before and this again was a job very well done..as promised and in a timely manner. For the two projects they have done for us, finished products are "homearama" type carpentry work.

Description of Work: They installed 17 kitchen cabinets over 2 1/2 days. Bret was very professional and he showed me his portfolio of projects--they do great custom work and I am considering to work with them again in the future. If you don't know, they have a wood-working shop in Springdale so can really do about any wood working project you could imagine. While my cabinets weren't near anywhere near the quality of his customer work, Bret was fine with doing an installation job and does them frequently if he has a break in his big custom jobs. For the actual installation, which was part of a mid-century inspired kitchen renovation of a 50s house, Doug and a team member did the work. Doug always arrived on time everyday and did an excellent job on a tricky kitchen (walls out of square, sagging floor, etc). The kitchen looks amazing!

 + -1 moreThey painted the molding in their shop and they installed it once they came out. I did not have any problems with them. I am totally satisfied with them. I spent about $2000 on the job. Everything was businesslike. They got me samples as I was not sure what the job would look like. I gave them my choices. They showed up on time and did the work onsite. They did excellent carpentry. I was thoroughly pleased with their work. I got them off of a mailer that was sent to my home. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Bret’s Carpentry Inc. did carpentry work for me, a week ago. They painted the molding before they put it up.

 + -1 moreThe work that was done was done extremely well. They were clear that their painter didn't work onsite, so my price did not include paint. What I didn't know at the time is that the price also didn't include finishing the prep. work for the paint. I had to fill all the nail holes from the installation and caulk the gaps between the trim and walls myself. I thought that for what I paid I would get a paint-ready product. Nonetheless, the work done was done very well. I'm really happy with my cabinetry (bookshelves). I just wish I'd been more clear in the contract.
Description of Work: They built a wall-to-wall library with built-in bookshelves, crown molding, and a TV niche. They also installed crown molding in two rooms and a chair rail and shadow boxes in my dining room. Shadow boxes replicate the look of wainscoting by ''framing'' the bottom of the walls with decorative trim.
