Men arrived on time and were very pleasant. However, they were not careful with our stuff. They only used pads on my white carpet after we instructed them to (which is odd b/c as professionals, I assume they would know they need to cover white carpeting when they are going to roll dolleys on the carpet). They dropped a box on my driveway with glass, which resulted in several broken items. They dented and scratched furniture, which I understand happens. While these things unto themselves are reasonable as a part of a move, what is not reasonable is that our children's hoverboard and my husband's toolkit went missing and never arrived at the new house. We believe these things were taken by the movers. When we alerted the company, they offered us $100.00 in good faith and claimed much of this was our fault. When we went to the BBB, they withdrew their offer and then blamed us for the problems stating that we did not purchase additional insurance and signed a form stating everything was in good order. I signed another document as well, where i noted that our glass was broken and my carpet was damaged but they keep illustrating the other document I signed. Their approach is very disappointing and blaming the customer for stolen items and negligence is unwarranted. Do not use this company unless you want to have stuff stolen and be blamed for it.

Great. Guys arrived on time, carefully loaded our belongings in truck (we boxed our stuff ahead of time) and got us moved in less time than expected. I appreciate the care and effort they made to get us moved and protect our belongings and house. For example: when Doug parked the moving van on our relatively new driveway he left the cab (the heaviest part of the van) on the street to protect our driveway. Large sofa got stuck in a turn in our foyer but with determination, strength and experience the guys were able to pop it through with no damage to sofa, walls, floor or ceiling. They did a great job and we'll definitely hire them again.

Mike came to our home and walked through each room. He suggested what we could do prior to the move to prepare and also save money. Follow up and communication were excellent. The moving crew was on time, professional, and handled our belongings with care. Great experience and would recommend this company to my friends.

They have very good communication, and they have very good staff.  They are knowledgeable people, and you actually deal with the owners.  The overall experience was very good!

They were awesome.  They even took apart our treadmill and gym equipment and put it back together in the new house.  They took extra care of everything.

Very poor experience overall. Arrived outside of there 4hr delivery window and so had to reschedule once. Then the wrong part was shipped so they left the other parts and promised to return with the proper part and assemble everything. When they returned, they assembled the bed but then claimed they don't assemble the trundle even though previously they promised to assemble it. A phone call to the company was met with -- that's our policy.

Overall was a good experience. After the fact inspection some damage to items and a few broken things. The team was friendly, accomodating to the contractors in the home, and attentive to our questions and directions. Team finished earlier than quoted so saved some money from the quoted price

We had a sizeable move, an over-stuffed 2-bedroom house to another one 500 miles away. We elected to have the "full-pack", as my company was paying. They came to look at what the move entailed, and then gave a quote that was in-line with other quotes we had received. The move was actually more complicated, as we had to move first some items from a small apartment 250 miles away to the house, then all the stuff from the house to the new house. The movers worked well (there were about 6 in all), and worked pretty efficiently, though it did help that we carefully oversaw everything they did. At the end, we found out that the "full-pack" did not include the "full-unpack", which we were unprepared for, as we had not expected to have to unpack all our stuff. However, we were able to convince the movers to do a large portion of the unpacking for us (which they did very graciously, though they were annoyed). There were a few items that did arrive broken, most notably a new round table had one of its legs completely broken off. A few months later, a claims adjuster came to see the damaged items. She did try some lame excuses ("You can put the completely snapped-off table leg back together just fine, can't you?"), but in the end did not fight too much, and we were fairly compensated for the damaged items as promised. Overall, these movers did a good job, and I would certainly consider using them again.

Brendamour was very helpful in providing packing boxes prior to the move - they encouraged us to pick them up and use them because the better packed we were, the easier it would be on their crew. The crew worked quickly but carefully. They knew what they were doing and did not damage anything. It was 95 degrees the day we moved and they worked their tails off to get everything done in 1 day!

THE GUYS WERE VERY NICE, DID EXCELLENT WORK, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM MOVE MY FURNITURE.
