I called 8:30 AM; was told someone could be there that afternoon.  Repairman arrived 3:30 PM with required part and made quick repair.  They did not try to sell me a new furnace or a maintenance contract. Cost was less than their estimate.

The woman in the office was very pleasant and polite. She said she would send her best technician because I had issues with a previous company.  The technician told me he had been in the business approximately 30 years which gave me immediate confidence in him.  He brought one other co-worker with him.  He did a complete check of the furnace and said everything was working fine.  He also checked to make sure that the filter was changed.  He told me that he was taught to leave behind the old filter behind that allows the customer to see that it has been done.  The technician advised me that he felt he was leaving trash behind so he took the old filter with him.  He advised me that he would always have my type and size on his truck so I wouldn't have to worry about purchasing filters.   He told me that my furnace is very reliable and would probably not break down but wasn't as fuel efficient as some of the newer model.  I had also heard from previous technicians was confirmed my trust in him.

Braun has been our heating and a/c company since we moved here 25 years ago. Our nine-year-old a/c gave out in the recent heat wave and Braun came to fix the problem. When it gave out again later in the week, the tech fixed the same problem and told us that we'd probably need to replace the unit. He explained why and showed us the relevant parts. We will probably put it off until next year but we'll go with Braun because their service is second to none, as is their response time. The owner answers the phone himself!

Willie and an assistant came out when they said they would and checked everything out and changed the dampers for summer.  In winter the kids' rooms need more heat and in summer they need less air conditioning because they are on the shady part of the house.  They changed the filters, put in new freon, and cleaned the coils. They let me know when they were through.  They were very professional during the visit.

It's a small family-owned business and I think they are honest.

THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS.

I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE TO BE THRILLED WITH SHEET METAL WORK, BUT THEY PUT A WORK OF ART IN MY BASEMENT. I AM VERY HAPPY.
