The provider offered a winter special of $65 (plus parts) to tune up lawn mower. They tuned engine, sharpened and balanced blades, changed filter, changed oil and greased unit. I appreciate that they also help unload the mower and reload to my vehicle. Service was done quickly and we are all set for Spring.

They are the place to go if you need work done on your lawn care tools. They are really fine people to work with. They tell you the exact cost of the work you need done and they stick to their estimates.

We were extremely pleased with the service. We were met at the door by a serviceman who unloaded the mowers for us. He told us what the estimate would be how long it would take. We explained the problem with the one mower and he assured us they would take a close look at it. The mowers were ready as promised and the price was as quoted. When we went to pick them up, two servicemen loaded them into the car which we really appreciated. We have used both mowers since and the problem mower has started first time every time since then. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the work that was done. Everyone we met was courteous and professional. This is a company I would highly recommend to anyone.

They are very knowledgeable and they did a great job. The sales rep I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. They have a reasonable selection to choose from. They also had a good price.

I pulled out my snow blower and tried firing it up to see if it was ready to go. It did not start. Tried a few different things to no avail. I called Bramble and another company. Bramble offered me the cheapest pickup and drop off rate. I have no truck and my snow blower is pretty big. They cleaned the carbuerator which had degraded fuel in it and dropped it off within 3 days. Great service and great pricing. I would use them again.

I inherited a lawn mower from an acquaintance and had no idea if it was worth putting any money into in order to get it serviceable. I took it to Bramble Mowers and asked them to take a look at it and let me know if it was worth investing any money into it. They looked at it, determined it was a good mower, and serviced it for usage. The cost was less than they had estimated. They initially told me it would be 5 weeks to have it serviced, but it was only 4, so that exceeded my expectations. They were very nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again, only I will take the mower in at the end of this season and not wait until the beginning of next year's mowing season.

They were very responsive and informed me of the prices up front. I thought the price was very affordable. They were very timely with the service, the mower was done in about 2 days. I would use them again in the future if I had to.

I tool my mower into Bramble, believing it to be seized due to lack of oil after loaning it to a neighbor. The tech came out to my car, and after a quick attempt to start it, he determined that it was simply a clogged air filter and fouled plug. He replaced the parts in about a minute and had me out of there in under five. While they did charge a $12 installation fee in addition to the cost of the parts, I was just thrilled to have gotten an accurate diagnosis in addition to the installation. Well worth the money. The price I paid also included a replacement blade which I installed myself, so the actual cost of the repair was about $22.

I own a reel lawn mower -- the kind that doesn't have a motor but uses human power to get the blades to spin. After using it for a few years, I wanted to get the blades sharpened. I had a hard time finding anyone to do the work until I called Bramble Mower. I was initially told the work would take at least a week; I waited a week after dropping the mower off and then called. I was then told that it would be a few more days. Later that same day, I received a voicemail message telling me that the mower was ready. I picked it up and was surprised by how loud it was, but the proprietor told me this was normal for a mower with sharp blades. I have since been using the mower with no problems, and it seems to cut much better than it did before I got it sharpened.

They did fantastic work for a great price, the only drawback was they are I guess quite busy, so they're neither fast nor on time, but for me they were well worth the wait. The mower had sat in an old shed too, and looked pretty bad. For a total of $101 with tax, Bramble added a new blade, a new spark plug, a new air filter, and gas and oil, got the old thing running and cleaned it! I couldn't be happier. As to the time issue, I brought it in on July 14th, and they said they could get to it in about a week. I called them after eight days just to see, and nothing yet. On July 30th, they finally got to it, in the morning, and gave me an estimate of $101. I actually expected it would be more with tax, but that was the exact final price, and it was then ready that same afternoon. My impression is that they do such good work they are in very high demand, and so have a long lag time. But if you can wait for them, it's sure worth it!

They've always done a superb job with my mower. My mower is a mulching mower, but I wanted a bagging attachment so I could decide whether to bag or mulch my clippings. They ordered and installed the bagging attachment and it works perfectly. They also told me that the broken cable in the self-propelled system was covered under warranty and replaced it no-charge. The only downside is that I took in my mower in early spring, which must be a popular time to have a mower worked on. It took almost 3 weeks to get my mower back. They do have loaner mowers that I could have used in the meantime, but they were all loaned-out already.
