When the work was finished, it looked very good, but was very expensive, $2200 for a five hours work with 2 men. There was a 1 year guarantee with the work and before the year was up, the work had to be redone. This time, however, just a thin layer was applied over the cracking repair work. A short time after that it was cracking again. Perhaps cheap materials were used, but for the money spent I expected the repairs to last years, not months.

Fine. Described desired work over phone. Boots left a quote at my door. I was content with the quote, but Boots did not seem to interested in doing the work. I think their schedule was booked for a while.

RICK BOOTS RESPONDED WITHIN 2 DAYS TO MY TELEPHONE REQUEST TO EVALUATE AND QUOTE PRICE FOR REPAIR. 2 WEEKS LATER HE CAME ON A SAT MORNING, AS DESIGNATED. HE ARRIVED AT 8AM AND WAS FINISHED BY 11AM. HE CLEANED THE AREA AND PROVIDED INFORMATION ON RELATED CONCRETE WORK.

THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO OUR HOME AND DO AN ESTIMATE. THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP. THEY NEVER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE OR RESCHEDULE. WHEN I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE THE NEXT DAY, THEY EVEN FAILED TO RETURN THAT TELEPHONE CALL.
