THE JOB WAS VERY SLOPPY AND I AM FORCED TO HIRE ANOTHER MASON TO CLEAN UP MR. FELSER'S WORK. HE WAS INEXPENSIVE BUT IN THIS CASE THE SAYING, ''YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.'' RINGS TRUE. HE LEFT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MORTAR AND DUST RESIDUE ON THE BRICKS AND HE DID NOT RETURN TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHEN PROMISED. HE CLAIMS THAT HE STILL PLANS ON TAKING CARE OF IT BUT I NO LONGER HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HIS ABILITIES. I TOLD HIM NOT TO COME BACK AND SOMEONE ELSE WOULD BE CLEANING UP HIS POOR WORKMANSHIP.

BOB IS VERY PLEASANT AND COMPETENT. HE CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE WHEN OTHERS QUOTED 3 TO 6 TIMES MORE. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SMALL AND LARGE JOBS.

HE WAS WILLING TO DO A SMALL JOB WHEN OTHERS WOULDN'T. I THINK HE CHARGED ME A FAIR PRICE WHEN OTHERS WOULD NOT.
