I'VE HAD SEVERAL MAJOR AND MINOR REPAIRS DONE ON AN OLDER AUTOMOBILE. IN ALL BUT ONE CASE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. IN THAT ONE UNSATISFACTORY REPAIR THE ISSUE WAS A LOST OIL DIPSTICK, WHICH WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AT NO COST (OF COURSE).
