"In regard to this posting, I have never walked off of a job during my career. The way the contract was written, was that we would work on "Rain Days" only.. This customer agreed to that. My company worked one day on this job then we pulled off for the next three days due to nice weather, which allowed us to work on a current exterior painting job. In regards to me trying to add things, the orignal contract did not include the cost of the materials needed for this job. This needed to be added to the contract. I showed the customer my orignial notes that showed the materals were not previously listed on the contract. This was shown to the customer on the first day of the job. In order to keep this client happy I ended up absorbing the cost of the materials, as they would not pay for them. To make a complaint against my company is absolutely ridiculous, especially when he shook my hand at the end f the job and told me how pleased he was with the job."
"Prior to leaving the job, [member name removed] shook my hand and told me that everything looked great. If there was a problem with the job I would have preferred that it had been brought to my attention so that I could have resolved the issue. Any time you have a contractor working for you, if you are not totally satisified with something you need to bring it to the contractor's attention so that it can be dealt with at that time."
"I do not approve of any inappropriate conversations while on the job. I wish [member name removed] would have brought it to my attention at that time so that I could have talked with my workers immediately to resolve the problem."
