I am pleased with my new carpeting.  Their pricing was great and they worked hard to make sure I found the carpeting I wanted in the price range I wanted.  I am very happy with the quality of the carpet.  
The time frame provided for ordering and installing the carpet was exactly what they said it would be.  I will say that the installers were quite late for both the measuring and the installation and they were not the most professional installers I've dealt with, however they did a good job on the actual work.  
I will go to Big Bob's again for future carpeting needs.

They are fine, really professional. Getting the job done. They did everything they've promised.

The purchase was extremely smooth and they had the carpet we wanted to use in their showroom. They were incredibly easy to work with in regards to pricing options. The sales staff was friendly. The only issue was with the installers. I believe they are sub contracted out and not directly a part of the selling company. They arrived 2.5 to 3 hrs before the scheduled time for the installation. Luckily my wife was home to let them in. They arrived in an unmarked van which is acceptable, but not very professional. One of the installers used our refrigerator to keep his beverage cold without even asking first. I can not stress how unprofessional this is. With that being said they did do a good job with the installation and completed it relatively quickly.

Their price was the best we could find, and the carpet was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, they were not able to actually obtain the carpet we ordered, so after we lost a couple weeks, they offered to substitute a slightly better grade of similar carpet. We checked it out, and it was a very fair offer on their part, which we gladly accepted to get things moving. When installation day arrived, it turned out that they still did not have enough carpeting to finish the job, so we had to wait another couple of weeks for them to finish - not a huge deal, but annoying and unprofessional. Their installers did a fine job with the carpet itself, but made a mess of our newly painted walls and woodwork (of course, we got the painting done before the carpet, for obvious reasons) by smearing hinge grease from the doors they had to remove on them. One sliding closet door was not put back correctly, and we had to get them back 3 times before it was right. Not a confidence-builder.
The biggest problem, however, was with the vinyl flooring. These people know nothing about vinyl, despite their assurances to the contrary. The floor was not properly leveled or prepared, the vinyl does not adhere well, bubbles appeared, and we had them come back repeatedly before finally accepting that it was not going to get any better. DO NOT USE them for vinyl flooring.

They were super fast, super efficient, didn't make a big mess, they were in and out and we had to get the work done kind of last minute because we were having an unexpected guest and they came, brought us the samples, we picked what we wanted and made sure they could get it done before our house guest came.

It was a nice experience, and they were very nice.  They did a great job at a very reasonable price. 

I drove to Big Bob's with a sketch of the 4 upstairs bedrooms, hallway, stairs & living room. Brenda Blackshear helped me pick a neutral color that matches my hardwood floors nicely. I bumped up the padding to 1/2" (slightly more expensive, but delightful to walk on) and kept the carpet cost effective. A few days later a gentleman came out & measured it all - the difference between estimate & actual was $350 - very close. The day of installation a 3-man crew showed up (in the snow), & finished the whole job in 1 day - including moving the furniture. Big Bob's had back-rolled the carpet at the warehouse so that it did not smell too bad. My only complaint (very minor) is that the vacuum they used left little pieces of rug along the edges of the walls which I had to vacuum later. The did cut the old carpet so that Rumpke picked it up for no additional cost.

I really liked them. The only problem that we had was that they did not bring enough carpet to finish the job the first time that they came out, so they had to reschedule and come back to finish it. It ended up being more of a pain for my schedule, but it worked out well. They did a good job. The price was reasonable. The people who came out were really nice and professional. Overall I had a good experience with them.

This is a great service at a great price. I had to carpet a room for a rental property and I wanted some quality but at a good price. Ben Gulley at this location was great. He showed me some separate rolls that I could get a great deal with and worked some ideas. Also he knew I had a tight timeline and was able to get me an installer next day. The big thing was that he was anticipating my questions and price needs.

I like that Big Bob's carry a full line of carpet and not just remnants. I use Brenda a lot and I am satisfied with the lady that I work with.

We arrived at Big Bob's and dealt with salesperson Chris. Chris gave us two carpet samples to take home with us. We decided on the carpet and called Chris to place the order. When we called, Chris had not written down which samples he had given us so we had to make another trip into the store. Chris then gave us the total price for the carpet and we took a financing application with us. I mailed in the finance application and heard nothing back despite being told that once the application was received it would take "about 5 minutes" to get an answer. I called the store and was helped by a female employee who informed me that we had been approved for financing and that she would place the order for the carpet. She had apparently found the approved application on Chris's desk but he had not contacted us to inform us that we had been approved. We contacted Chris that weekend to confirm the order and to confirm that the installers would be able to trim our doors. Chris confirmed(several times)that he would place the trimming on the work order. The installers arrived on time and did a great job but informed us that our doors would have to be removed because of the thick carpeting. When I mentioned the trimming of the doors, the installers had no idea what we were talking about, stating that there was no mention of the doors on the work order. The gentlemen went ahead and trimmed the doors, as long as we paid them separately that day. We were prepared to do so but negotiating with the installers was not something we were prepared to do and had taken Chris at his word that the installers would come prepared for the job. The installers did a great job, the carpeting and doors look great but we have not had a single follow-up call from Chris since the carpet was installed almost 3 weeks ago. We received more help from the female employee at Big Bob's then we did from Chris. We had to make all of the contact and follow-up calls. Chris's apathy regarding our account has resulted in our decision to take future business elsewhere. Once again, the installers did a great job.

The store had a good selection of carpet and flooring to choose from and we had a friendly and facilitative sales person to work with. The carpeting was installed without a hitch. The bamboo floor was mostly okay but the installer created problems in getting saw dust all over our carpenter's work in progress, installing the wrong thresholds and leaving some serious fill work to be done by our carpenter/kitchen remodeler. The thresholds were reinstalled and the other corrections were made. The floor looks good.
