After another highly rated company performed an annual tune-up on my AC system, we developed a leak in our ceiling under the blower unit. That company attempted to fix it, without success/ I called two other companies who put in minimal time diagnosing the problem, and instead recommended replacing the while system. Only Bicknell accurately diagnosed the problem (a leak in the condensation pan attached to the cooling coil). More importantly, Frank Bicknell and his team worked tirelessly to develop a cost-effective solution, and one which will allow me to enjoy the remaining useful life of my system. That's rare determination in this throw-away world. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
